E stata la seconda volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo, dopo qualche anno. La posizione infatti e’ strategica per la visita alle colline del Prosecco e il personale è gentile e disponibile. La prima colazione inoltre è abbondante e buona.

Cons:

Quando abbiamo soggiornato nell’hotel, eravamo nel pieno di una delle tante ondate di calore estive e purtroppo per noi ci siamo accorti che non funzionava l’aria condizionata in camera quando eravamo rientrati molto tardi da un evento in zona, e a quel punto non abbiamo potuto fare nulla. La mattina dopo, durante il checkout, dopo avere avvisato la reception del problema, ci e’ stato detto che il problema era effettivamente noto, ma che dovevano attendere lunedi per risolverlo …credo che avrebbero potuto avvisarci, se non addirittura riconoscere un piccolo sconto..

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel extrêmement sympathique
Pros:

Le personnel était extrêmement attentionné, très gentil. Facile pour se garer à l’extérieur. Le restaurant est très sympa ouvert sur la terrasse extérieure et le petit déjeuner était bon. Ils ont accueilli notre chien avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Je recommande vivement.

Cons:

La douche est un peu ancienne, mais propre.

Perfect location of a hotel which should receive a necessary update. For a quick BB its enough.

The location is perfect. Directly in the centre. The young lady at the reception was very helpful.

Cons:

I did not understand that you choose from the buffet at the breakfast but you don't take the food by yourself but the waiter is putting the selected food on the plate for you and hands over the plate to you.

Ogolnie dobrze, personel bardzo uprzejmy, Pan na śniadaniu rewelacja!

Blisko centrum, łatwy dojazd, pyszne śniadania.

Hotel war sehr preiswert, Frühstück super, Zimmer nicht so toll

Auswahl des Frühstücks war sehr gut, Lage ist perfekt

Cons:

Fenster im Zimmer durfte nicht geöffnet werden, wir hatten ein Sonnenzimmer und die KLIMA-Anlage arbeitete nicht richtig, es war sehr heiß u unangenehm. nur wenige Parkplätze vorm Hotel, sonst nur Möglichkeit eines Tiefgaragenplatzes um €10,-/Nacht

Hotel und Personal top, Zimmer flop!!!
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück umfangreich, alles da, was man braucht.
Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig bei einem Buffet, dass ein Angestellter fragt, was man will und der einem alles auf den Teller legt. Aber hat gepasst, er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein, sehr abgewohnt, Blick in den Hinterhof mit Baustelle (Arbeitsbeginn spätestens 07 Uhr), Klimaanlage laut und mit einem sehr eigenartigem Geruch, beim Fenster war ein Beschlag kaputt (beim Öffnen kippte es gleichzeitig), Badezimmer sehr klein.
Wir waren schon öfters im Hotel Diana, waren eigentlich immer zufrieden, so ein schlechtes Zimmer wie diesmal hatten wir noch nie!! Eigentlich eine Schande für ein Hotel. Schade ums Geld!
Aber vielleicht bekommen auch Reisende, die über booking.com buchen, nicht so schöne Zimmer wie üblich?
