Important information:

- We require upon arrival a damage deposit of €300 by either cash or debit card payment.

- Reservations guaranteed by creditcard will be pre-authorized for the total price of the nights, before arrival. If guest chooses to make final payment by creditcard, it is mandatory to bring the physical card used for authorization and a valid ID. If chosen to pay by debit card or cash, no damage deposit is required if we have pre-authorisaton. We will release the pre-authorization on the card upon checkout.

-In case of check-in after 17:00, please inform us. Outside opening hours, Urban Residences will send somebody to welcome you and help you settle. Check-in after midnight is not possible, or on special request for a late night check in fee of EUR 25.

-Only our penthouse has outdoor space, all other apartments do not have balconies

-Parking is in a nearby parking garage and needs to be reserved beforehand, we have limited spaces. There are 2 electrical charging point. If you have a van or very large SUV, this garage is not suitable.

-We have some apartments with airconditioning. These are: Suite / Maisonette / Penthouse. All other apartments have ventilators in summer and a floor cooling that helps a bit, but no air conditioning.

- We do not have an elevator, therefore our residences are not suitable for people who have difficulties walking stairs.

- Need separate beds? Please ask beforehand, we can arrange it for €5. Sofabeds cannot be split.

-All towels and bedlinen are included. The only thing you can bring yourself is food/drinks/coffee etc (Nespresso). Rooms get cleaned after 3 days.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Merkezi bir konumda, otoparka yakın. Güzel bir binada. Giriş çıkış güvenli. Yakınlarda market var. Odanın genişliği iyiydi.

Cons:

Dairenin yarısı zeminin altındaydı. Pencereleri ayak hizasında. Bu daha önce söylenmedi. Zeminde olması havalandırmayı zorlaştırmış olmalı ki, odaya girdiğimizde koku vardı. Çocuk yatağı hazırlanmamıştı. Çocuk için bırakılan yorganda çarşaf yoktu. Odaya oldukça geç girdik, bunca zaman daha eksiksiz hazırlanmasını beklerdik. Sıcak havalarda dolapta en azından su bulundurulması iyi olabilir.

Für unseren Wunsch - eine Unterkunft für ein Musikfestival zu finden - war es ganz schön teurer.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ganz nah am Zentrum. Allerdings weit genug weg, um den Partylärm der Nacht nicht zu hören. Eine Tiefgarage in der Nähe war eine gute Möglichkeit das Auto fussnah zu positionieren. Die Parkpreise sind in Maastricht ja überall sehr hoch.

Cons:

Wir hatten für 4 Personen gebucht. Im unteren Wohnzimmer stand aber nur eine schmale ausklappbare Couch. Meine E-Mail mit der Bitte 4 Betten zu beziehen wurde ignoriert.

We komen hier al jaren maar het begint slijtage te vertonen. Koelkast die niet sluit, doucheseur die kraakt en verfwerk, tv 10 jaar oud etc
Blijft een ruime moderne accommodatie!

Clean spacious apartment with great helpful staff
Pros:

Very clean, spacious and the location is great. The staff was nice and very helpful. Very quiet. You can cook if you like. They change towels daily.

Cons:

There was no elevator, but the staff helped me carrying the luggage upstairs.

Pros:

Locatie was geweldig, het was schoon en het dakterras van de loft was echt heerlijk!

Cons:

We boekten 2 appartementen in dezelfde reservering en helaas zaten deze echt aan 2 uiterste van elkaar. Ook was de geboekte parkeergarage verder dan verwacht.

Die zentrale Lage ist super. Das Parken hat prima geklappt.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof, das war teilweise etwas laut wegen der frühen Anlieferungen und abendlichen Entsorgung durch die Gaststätte.

Super ligging, mooie uitgeruste appartementen met goede bedden.
Pros:

De Ligging was perfect om het centrum te gaan ontdekken, parkeergelegenheid genoeg in de nabije omgeving. Heel ruime en praktische kamers, de algemene Hygiëne was in orde.
De bedden waren goed en geen last gehad van nachtlawaai.

Cons:

In de ene kamer (Maisonette 2 personen) was de verluchting in de badkamer niet sterk genoeg, hierdoor waren er enkele vochtaftekeningen op het plafond en de muur. De Hygiëne in de rest van de kamer was in orde!

Perfecte accommodatie
Pros:

Dat het brandschoon was en gewoon echt compleet ingericht, ook de keuken moet goede apparatuur.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks maar als ik toch iets moet noemen......Dat de overgordijnen achter de vitrage zitten en daardoor moeilijk schuiven.

loved the location, the setup of the apartment, with adjustable beds.
Pros:

wonderful to be able to cook and have meals in or go out an enjoy the city.

Cons:

Parking is really challenging. plan in advance where to park and reserve. the noise from trucks parking and delivering can be loud with beeping.

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Direkt in der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Könnte etwas sauberer sein. Vor allem haben mir extra Einwegschlappen gefehlt. Da mit den Schuhen in der Wohnung gelaufen ist, war der weiße Teppich dementsprechend sehr verschmutzt
