Location, no shuttle bus after 2130. Escalators waiting time is always long

我看評價以及搜尋都推薦這間是因為有直達機場的巴士~結果詢問櫃檯是沒有的
這點讓我有點錯愕，最後還是一早搭計程車直衝機場，住宿離地點也有點遠，而且看google map走錯路的話會烙一大圈，直接地鐵站出來就有一個天橋要先過去對向！
Spacious rooms and big beds, clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, halal options available
It was a little bit far from the metro but otherwise it was a lovely stay
有免費巴士到達MTR，每半小時一班，真的很方便。
早餐餐點的部分，有些餐食是隔夜的，甚至新舊混在一起。
I like that the hotel provides shuttle bus to & fro to Metroplaza which connected to Kwai Fong MTR. The best is part the hotel offer halal food for breakfast which is convenient for me. 7 Eleven just on the side of the hotel. You can find vending machine at the lobby and do offer halal food options.

Staff are very helpful and friendly
Location is not too convenient, only one 7-11 near by. However, the shuttle bus service is good and provides shuttle service to a shopping mall and MTR station.
Just very small suggestions, good to have first aid kit ready in case there are any injury, allergies etc especially when the emergency is at dawn and most shops are close. Nonetheless we had a great stay
