Long-stay Policy: For stays of 7 nights or more, housekeeping service (including linen and towel changes) is provided Once weekly.

Generally a good location for a couple days visit to Hong Kong. Quite close to MTR station for easy access to most parts of the city,

朝食付きでよかったですが、4日滞在してメニューが毎日同じだった。野菜の種類がもう少し多いといいです。
清掃の女性スタッフが笑顔で挨拶してくれて素敵でした。
清掃のスタッフによってクオリティーに差があった。使い捨てのスリッパやティーバックの補充がない日があった。
iPhoneの充電がusbしかできなくて困った。cタイプの充電はできません。変換アダプタが必要です。
I did not like anything about the hotel. Pictures on the internet are misleading. old pictures
none of the dining staff speak english, they couldn't provide spoons to eat yoghurt at breakfast
the menu was the same every morning
the rooms are very small, no cupboard to pack clothes considering we were there for 9 nights and had to live off our suitcases
location isn't bad but the shuttle driver was very rude when you needed to book pick up times. when I asked if he will come back to pick us up at the mall, his answer was "GET OUT...GO..GO"
Kids play area was never open in the 9 days we were there.

Everything was great, price/performance ratio was unbeatable! MTR 10 minutes away on foot, bus stop - 5 minutes. Perfect for few night stay while enjoying Hong Kong!

Basically everything. The location is 8 minute walk to the closest MTR station. Staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay. Freshly prepared food was served for breakfast. If you can't have breakfast between 7 and 10:30 am, you can ask for a breakfast box that you can collect at the reception. The hotel was very clean. Our family suite with sofa bed was large by HK standards. It had a large bathroom with a toilette, a shower and a bathtub. It also had a second bathroom, a safe box and a small fridge. Every morning, when the housekeeping staff saw us leaving, they'd ask whether they could clean the room. They were very professional and thorough. There is a nice swimming pool in the hotel.
