Vehicles were noisy during the night so was not able to sleep well.

It’s is very far from city centre and some walk to metro station
Their customer service is outstanding, staff is very helpful and go above and beyond to help you. Breakfast is quite good, a mix of Chinese and European options, also noticed that there were different items on different days. The hotel has an outdoor pool as well, which is quite nice. !The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but is not a far walk from Tai Wo Hau metro station.
