Très bel hôtel
Pros:

On a été surclassé sur l'appartement familial qui était extrêmement spacieux et avec une magnifique terrasse vue sur la Marina !

Cons:

L'hôtel était très bien, rien a redire. Par contre j'ai été choquée de voir que au coeur de Puerto Aventuras il ya des dauphins domestiqués dans des petits bassins.. c'est très triste de voir ça, ça ne devrait plus exister donc je ne reviendrai pas tant que ce sera le cas.

Hôtel coup de cœur Puerto Aventuras
Pros:

Nous avons vraiment tout aimé, superbe piscine, plusieurs chaises et lits de repos, endroit propre et très bien situé (5 min à pied des restos/golf etc.) le condo était super bien équipé. Marco nous a rendu ce séjour, tout simplement parfait!

Super hôtel avec très belle piscine faisant dos à la marina, à deux pas des restaurants, du Golf et du centre-ville de Puerto Aventuras. M. Marco a rendu notre séjour tout simplement parfait!!

No elevator…not accessible.
Pros:

We never stayed or went into the condo. I’m sure it was very nice but my sister uses a wheelchair and there was a huge flight of steps to get into the unit.

The website states that there is an elevator, but there was not.

Increíble departamento en Puerto Aventura
Pros:

El departamento es muy grande, muy bueno, muy lindo, muy cómodo, todo muy excelente!!
Tiene todo lo necesario y más! Todo de muy buen gusto y muy lindos detalles.
Es el mejor departamento al que me fui de vacaciones!
Las camas y colchones increíbles!
Está ubicado en un gran Barrio Cerrado, condominio, con acceso seguro, con comercios, varios restaurantes y bares a 3 cuadras, se puede acceder a una playa cerca, a 5 minutos a pie.
Está en el medio entre Playa del Carmen y Tulum, muy buena ubicación. Si tendría que ir de nuevo, sin duda lo eligiría.
Todo el personal es muy amable.
