Beautiful beachfront property with great amenities, but the uncomfortable check-out experience unfortunately overshadowe
Pros:

The beachfront location was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially loved the pool area. Overall, the property itself was relaxing and enjoyable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, despite enjoying most of our stay, our check-out experience was very uncomfortable and frustrating. We were informed that one bathrobe was missing because housekeeping only found two robes in the room, even though we only had two robes available from the moment we checked in.

The situation became stressful and embarrassing because I had to repeatedly go back and forth between the lobby and our room to help search for the supposedly missing robe. This felt like a very avoidable incident and unfortunately left a negative impression at the end of our stay.

My sister were already prepared to pay for the robe if necessary, as the hotel still had our security deposit just so we can leave because my mother was getting more and more upset. I have never experienced anything like this before, and it was disappointing to feel as though we were being treated with suspicion over something that may have simply been a housekeeping oversight. Because of this experience alone, I honestly do not see myself staying at this hotel again.

When we arrived to check in I noticed there a stain of poof at the toilet bowl. Second during breakfast rice chafing dish found out there a strand of hair . Third the cleaner doesn’t sweep the room . No window all the room .

Perfect for a short stay in Boracay
Pros:

Location was perfect. Place was clean, room was spacious and had everything needed. Just as comment, a hanger in the room would be good (there was only small one in the bathroom).

Breakfast was acceptable, but could have more options.

An excellent hotel, superb location very friendly staff. The breakfast was good and the pool facilities are very good too. The stuff are very friendly. I’m very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

5 Stars No Doubt. Will Come Back.
Pros:

Very close to the beach, and the staff were very accomodating! They gave welcome drinks and bracelets, they also give you a tote bag per room. Every night, they serve you a good night snack, and if you get tired swimming by afternoon, the hotel also serves FREE 'merienda' of pinoy delicacies every 3-4 pm. There's also a FREE foot massage for the guests, you just have to book it at the reception desk.

Our stay here was short, but it was so good. Breakfast was also delicious. More importantly, the staff performs every 5 pm outside, you should watch them!

Our stay at Mandarin Island Boracay was truly wonderful! The accommodation was excellent—clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

We would like to sincerely thank the team for granting our request for the birthday room décor and warm greetings for my mom’s post-birthday celebration. It was a thoughtful touch that made the experience extra special and memorable for our family.

A special kudos to Mr. Ismael for his exceptional service. He consistently checked on our comfort and made sure everything was taken care of. His attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out.
