Good location
Pros:

It was a convenient location on the outside edge of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear in mind Siena is built on a hill and there are a lot of steep slopes and steps to negotiate wherever you stay.

Cons:

Bearing in mind this isn’t the most expensive hotel in the area and in an old building the room was a bit tired and, whilst surface clean, would benefit from a good scrub. The air conditioning worked but wasn’t particularly effective and was leaking by the end of our stay. The breakfast buffet was disappointing if you like to eat healthily.

Dreamy stay with storybook view!
Pros:

Beautiful location. Very convenient to central piazza as well as bus stop and taxi drop off location. Lovely helpful 24 hour staff. Nice building with elevator. Great breakfast. Very clean. Gorgeous storybook view from my window. 2 extra large pillows were in the armoire. Yay… I have hip issue and need extra pillows. I was thrilled.

Cons:

Room was a bit small but comfortable. No mini fridge but vending machine with cold drinks was near. The AC unit was very light. It was fine for me but I thought how uncomfortable my husband would be… he needs it blasting. It was up high on a 100 degree day and it was similar to a fan with a gentle cooling edge. I was comfortable but I am a person who doesn’t like or use AC often. It would not be cool enough for some folks.

Super emplacememt, à quelques minutes du centre historique. La vue depuis notre chambre était exceptionnelle.
Pas très loin de la bordure de la ZTL, il est donc facile de décharger la voiture et d'aller se garer sur une zone gratuite. L'accès se fait sans problème.
Personnel très accueillant et souriant !

Cons:

Chambre très mal insonorisée, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et des allers et venues ont commencé dès 5h.
Manque un peu de déco, la chambre est assez austère et donne l'impression d'être dans un hôpital, excepté bien sûr la vue exceptionnelle de la fenêtre.
Petit dejeuner un peu décevant parce que produits industriels.

Nous avons apprécier la localisation en plein centre ville de Sienne. Le personnel étant là en tout temps pour nous accompagner et nous guider. Sienne est une magnifique ville. L’hôtel l’est tout autant

Een fijn verblijf aan de rand van het historische centrum van Siena.
Pros:

De ligging was perfect vanaf het hotel liepen we in nog geen 2 minuten in het stadscentrum. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en heeft ons goed geholpen bij het lossen en laden van de bagage in de ztl zone en daarna met het parkeren.
Ik vond de traagschuim bedden lekker liggen.

Cons:

De grootte van de kamer was niet mega. Wij hadden een 3 persoonskamer voor 2 volwassenen en een kindje van anderhalf. Het extra bed en bankje aan het voeteneinde van ons bed nam onnodig veel ruimte in en dan moest er ook nog een kinderbedje bij, dit had handiger gekund.
Het ontbijt was oke, niet heel uitgebreid en zonder eieren. Voor onze 3 ochtenden was het prima, maar voor een langer verblijf mist het variatie.
