Pros:

Lovely staff, so friendly and welcoming at reception. An allocated space to leave your bags with a toilet if you arrive before check in. The room itself was basic, but very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money and the breakfast is a nice addition. The view from outside the hotel is beautiful!!

Cons:

A fridge in the room and tea/coffee/water would be a nice touch.

Decent Hotel at an Affordable Price
Pros:

The staff were lovely and breakfast had loads of options. The hotel was easy to find despite Google Maps making it look more complicated than it was, it was well presented and clean and it was just a minute or two walk to get to the main tourist routes/areas. Our room had a view of the cathedral.

Cons:

The aircon in our room didn't really do much and the Wi-Fi, when everyone else was at the hotel (i.e. mornings and evenings), was borderline unusable. The rooms were also quite noisy - we often heard other guests scraping things around above us, but we did select an economy room for the sake of our budget so other rooms may be better.

Quirky hotel in a fantastic location, enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Siena is very walkable and it was a great base to explore the town. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was provided. Staff were helpful in providing information - including about laundromats, as there is no washing allowed in the rooms. Staff provided a special basket of breads and cakes for my strict gluten free requirements each morning. It was close to bus interchanges to get to places like Florence or San Gimignano, and lots of tours begin nearby. Two gluten free restaurants almost at the front door. Just great location and old town vibe.

Cons:

We hoped for a view across the valley like the brochure, but looked out on a wall. There was a sandwich press for toasting bread, but as I'm coeliac, I could not use it unless I got to the breakfast room very early and it was still clean; I asked but staff could not provide baking paper for me to use as a liner. No tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, you had to use a vending machine in the hall. Just small things, really...

Que sólo WiFi hay en la entrada del hotel no llega a las habitaciones. Puede parecer un tema menor pero si estas planeando como seguir vieje Internet es importante

Pros:

We loved the location ,so close to the main sites but in a quiet peaceful area with a character of its own
We loved the delicious breakfasts with beautiful fresh cakes every morning.
Every where was spotless and clean
We liked the terrace just in front of the hotel from which there is a wonderful view

Cons:

We stayed in economy rooms which are good value but we hadn't realised how nice the aspect would have been from the superior rooms
The staff weren't particularly friendly but ok.

The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 mins walking distance from the nearest bus stop. The view from the hotel window is excellent. The staff is very helpful. You will find a hand bidet in the toilet which is rare in Europe...

Wonderful location, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Absolutely stunning location with a view of the Duomo. We arrrived on our bikes soaked from the rain, and the staff helped us to store our bikes and get to our room right away. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. We could even see the duomo from our window. Additionally the breakfast was exceptional, exceeding our expectations.

Cons:

Practically speaking, the rooms are close to the historical center, so if people are loud in the streets, you may hear them. I’m a light sleeper, so I used ear plugs to fall asleep and had no problem.

Excellent location, views and value
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location - you are just inside the ZTL. The room is plain but is extremely clean. The breakfast was very pleasant with a lot of variety.

Cons:

It is a little tricky to get the luggage to the property if you do not want to enter the ZTL. The hotel had sent instructions but you needed to be able to print out a permit which was not possible. The staff directed us to a free parking lot, a 10-15 minute walk away.
