Pros:

Staff were really helpful and welcoming

Cons:

Air conditioning were not working properly by the last day it was dropping water drops
The drainage was blocked but later was fixed.
Bed sheets needs to be cleaner

الاستقبال كان جيد ومتعاون جدا وايضا موظفين حمل الحقائب

الفندق الحقيقة دون المستوى ولا اتوقع هكرر التجربة
اولا : امام الفندق اصبح شوق شعبي الدخول والخروج منه يحتاج معجزة
ثانيا : الفندق مرافقه قديمة جدا ومتهالكه وغير نظيفة
ثالثا : يوجد رائحه غير جيده في الفندق كله وفي الغرف ( رائحة عشة فراخ )
رابعا : يوجد بعض النزلاء يقومون بالطبخ داخل الفندق ما يؤدي لوجود روائح ليست جيده تصل للغرف
خامسا : يوجد مطعمين في الفندق مطعم الفطور ( ميزانين ) جيد جدا
المطعم الاخر الصفا لا يرقى لمطعم داخل فندق بالحجم ده وغير جيد على الاطلاق
الغريب ان سبق لي تجربة الفندق والمطعم قبل 4 سنوات وكان فوق الممتاز

Çalışan herkesten Allah razı olsun.
Pros:

Otel her anlamda çok iyi süper bir internet alt yapısı var diyebilirim çok iyi çekiyor wifi. Temizlik konusunda bangladeşli kardeşim munir çok iyiydi her istediğimizde gelir odamızı temizler suyumuzu her eksiğimizi karşılardı.Otel çalışanlarının hepsi güler yüzlü ve yardımsever hepsinden Allah razı olsun. Konum olarakta çok iyi 7/24 servis var çok rahat gidip geliniyor kâbeye.Bir daha Allah nasip ederse yine bu otelde kalacağım inşallah.
