Kabeye konumu güzeldi.

Cons:

Otel çarşaf ve havluları kirliydi.Neredeyse her gün değişim istedik.Ne zaman istesek değiştirdiler. Ancak temiz diye gelenler de lekeli ve pisti.Renkleri beyaz değildi. Morarmıştı. Ayrıca hepsinde farklı lekeler vardı. Çarşaf ve havlular sanki hiç yıkanmadan yeniden müşteriye getiriliyor gibiydi.Bu konuda aşırı rahatsızlık duydum.Daha önce bu otelin tam arka caddesinde daha mütevazı otellerde konaklamıştım.Buralar da bile çarşaf ve havlular tertemizdi.Bu sebeple Elaf gibi büyük bir otele yakıştıramadım. Ayrıca klima bozuktu.buzdolabı da bozuktu koyduğumuz herşeyi buza çeviriyordu. Odanın camı hiç açılmıyordu. Odayı havalandıramıyorduk.Kaldığımız 12. Kat da çok ağır bir koku vardı .

The distance from the hotel to Haram

Cons:

The bus service is a huge hassle. There’s a lot of shoving and pushing, running to catch the bus, and the same issue when coming back. It’s not convenient at all for people travelling with family and kids. Something must’ve been wrong with the geyser didn’t have hot water, myself and my kids caught cold from showering with cold water
