Wonderful stay with an amazing view - especially of the sunset.
Pros:

View was amazing - no complaints. Front desk staff, especially Michelle, was very nice and helpful. The unit was clean, beds comfortable, nice shower and nice proximity to restaurants/shopping. We would stay there again!

Cons:

My only issue, and this is my own fault for not confirming, is that the kitchenette did not have any kind of cooktop. The front desk did tell me that when I called the day before, but it was too late to change the booking. Since we were there for two weeks, it was unfortunate to not be able to prepare more meals.

We had a ground floor unit which was nice to have the patio and chairs. Please note - it can be noisy depending on who is staying above. Some nights/mornings we heard normal footsteps, other times, it was quite loud with furniture moving, little kids running, etc.

Gorgeous hotel! Beautiful view!
Pros:

The property was very clean and the staff were super kind and helpful. The views were beautiful.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was not an elevator and I’m not seeing where it says that any where as you book. We have a few people in our group that had a hard time navigating the stairs to the 3rd floor multiple times. (Recent foot surgery). I would have happily booked/requested the first floor had I known better.

Love Lincoln city. Will probably not stay here again.
Pros:

The best part about this property is the location. It’s mere steps from the beach which is why I think they can charge so much.

Cons:

The room was dirty when we got there. There was hair in the sleeper couch that pulls out into a bed and the sheets weren’t even changed. You could tell that somebody had slept in it. There was hair in the other beds and you have to pay almost $200 for a pet fee when they don’t even clean the rooms. The shower was dirty hair on the shower walls.

The room was large and the beach access was excellent.
Pros:

It wasn’t what I expected, but it was ok.

Cons:

We stayed for 4 nights, and unfortunately, our room was was not cleaned for a single day.

Pros:

Loved this little pretty hotel and it was well cared for …. Great location.

Cons:

Breakfast was not so great… little cello packages with sugary “do dads”….so we used our own snack bag… Cheerios!!! And purchased coffee nearby.

Absolutely love this place highly recommend
Pros:

I absolutely loved our room. It was the captain suite. I highly recommend right off of the beach so clean so comfortable staff was great.

Cons:

I can’t see there was anything I didn’t like I would’ve preferred a regular coffee maker to the pods, but it was still ok.

Great during the day not so good if you’re trying to sleep at night
Pros:

Best view right on the ocean quite a few stairs must be mobile

Cons:

Upstairs individuals were having a wrestling match or letting their dogs, jumping horse around all nite not much sleep due from excessive noise

Pros:

The staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. They answered questions I didn't know I had. The rooms are miraculously clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had the Captain's room. It has beautiful views and a large private deck. Table and chairs ro sit outside and eat and watch the sun set. Everything was perfect.
