Rooms have very uneven surface. It's unsafe. Room 202.
Many dogs barking. I went to office and reported it. Wanted me to identify what Room had the dogs. Said if they were outside he couldn't do anything.
Sand on furniture sand all over the floors. No elevators wish the reservation would have mentioned that.

Horrible bed, poor staff, room cold and poorly furnished, no toilet paper. Breakfast was a joke. Noisy, up all night because could hear every step and neighbor.
Clean, nice view, easy walk down stairs to beach.
There was a hicup with the room. We actually didn't get the room we booked, due to another guest reading her reservation wrong and going to the wrong room and it was open. Due to the cleaning staff not locking the door after they were done. We walked in and they were in our room. We were both not worried about it, I told them to keep the room and we went to the office and they gave us new key codes, and keep it moving.

It is on the beach with easy access. The view of the ocean from all of their rooms is stunning
The front desk staff are rude, dismissive, and spend more time sitting outside smoking than in the office. The motel needs a lot of attention, both inside of the rooms and outside. The stairs walking up to the rooms are filthy. Our floor was filthy, I had to sweep it before we could walk barefoot. The rooms need a thorough cleaning. The bed was very uncomfortable. People were having a party below us and had been asked by me and other guests to keep it down. Finally, at 1am I called the after hour phone numbers that were provided to us at check-in, and got no answer. It was another hour of obnoxious noise. I let the front desk manager know that I had called the numbers, she acknowledged that she saw the missed call and informed me that I needed to call more than one time because she needs her sleep. We paid a premium rate for our room and would have appreciated sleep. I was appalled that she turned it around and obviously didn't care that guests night were disrupted into the morning, because her sleep was more important than ours. It is pretty obvious that management of the motel is running it down into a sad state

Building and grounds were a little worn out. Although the particular unit we were staying was recently remodeled.
The breakfast was very basic, included some muffins and granola bars. Also 8 AM breakfast start was a little late
Suite pulitissima e luminosa, con splendida vista sul pacifico. Bagno e camera ampi e comodi, dorati di tutto. Assolutamente raccomandato!
