Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple reviews explicitly mention the hotel being clean or 'limpinho' and 'boa limpeza' despite the building being old, indicating above-average cleanliness for the property.
Service
6.5
Mixed reports: some praise reception and housekeeping, while several reviews report unhelpful or rude receptionists and inconsistent handling (e.g., parking fee surprise). Overall service is average with noticeable negatives.
Location
9.5
Consistently praised in many reviews as central and convenient (near bus/rail stations and attractions); location is a major positive for guests.
Room Quality
4
Numerous complaints about old rooms, bad/boardy mattresses, small bathrooms, peeling walls and generally worn condition — room quality is a significant weak point.
Amenities
6
Mixed: some positive notes (gas shower), but issues reported with broken frigo bar, generator noise at night, and parking being charged unexpectedly; amenities are functional but inconsistent.
Value for Money
6.5
Mixed perception: some call it 'ótimo custo benefício' for a short stay in the center, while others feel the old structure and poor beds reduce perceived value — overall neutral-to-slightly-positive.
Food and Beverage
5
Multiple complaints about breakfast quality and timing (served late for travelers), odd food presentation and low quality; food experience is below average.
Overall Experience
6
Overall mixed: many guests appreciate location and cleanliness, but poor beds, noise and aging facilities lead to several disappointing stays; average overall impression is slightly below the target rating.
