When I arrived to check in I was told there was not a reservation. No rooms available, I had to leave and find somewhere to stay
Hotel staff, valet service, clean and cool room, breakfast.👍
Initially we were given keys to a room in which one of the beds hadn't been made; however, staff quickly and efficiently got us to another room.👍
