Smoking in rooms on my floor

Excellent customer services

Cons:

No smoking in hotel, but our whole floor smelt like cigarettes. Also smell came in our room. I told front desk and they came to our room with spray to get rid of smell. Wasn't expecting this, as it seemed like people were smoking like it was allowed (room 131 was my room)

المكان نظيف الغرفة واسعة مقارنة بفندق مكة الحمام أيضا نظيف وبه مستلزمات الاستحمام هناك أيضا عدة شاي وقهوة . ويوجد موقف خاص للفندق مجانا انصح به لقربه من شارع العزيزية العام ومنطقة المطاعم والسوبر ماركت و مغسله ملابس جدا قريبه و تفهم الاستقبال و استجابتهم مع الناس جدت ممتاز و محترمين جدا ما يقصرون مع احد و نظام الباصات صارت موحدة من الحرم تركب باصين الباصات المباشرة من الفندق الى الحرم صار فقط عند منطقة أجياد و الفندق الي هناك اما غيرها اغلب الفنادق على نفس النظام على هذا السعر لي مدة 6 ايام و كل شي حلو كان ممتاز لي و لي عائلتي اشكر الموظفين الي خدومنا يعطيهم العافيه ما قصرو الوالدة عندا حساسية من الحشارات و الحمدالله ما شفنا شي واحد المكان نظيف و واسع
