Impossível um hotel com. 3 elevadores sem funcionar! Sem funcionários! Minha esposa com problemas de joelho teve que subir 13 andares. A SEMANA INTEIRA SEM ELEVADOR SOCIAL! SAIMOS DO APARTAMENTO UM DIA ANTES E QUEREMOS A DEVOLUÇÃO DA ÚLTIMA DIÁRIA !

Localização perfeita, perto de tudo. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, quando eu precisei foram muito disponíveis e resolveram imediatamente o meu problema. Café da manhã muito simples.

Cons:

Quarto com pouca cura, toalhas com as bordas rasgadas e bem desgastadas, às vezes até amarelas e finas de tanto que já foram utilizadas. Cama quebrada e com lençol rasgado, o chão e espelhos sujos. Pia do banheiro entupida e o cofre fechado. Tomadas com marcas de queimado

Foi uma ótima experiência que poderá ser repetida em nova visita à cidade.
Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã e atendimento geral. Muito boa a proposta de ambientes separados. Instalações também bastante apropriadas.

Cons:

Não termos ficado em andar mais alto para poder contemplar a vista da cidade. Ficamos no primeiro andar. Também faltou verificar, pelo serviço de manutenção, se o recipiente para shampoo estava cheio. Em nosso caso, estava vazio.

El desayuno es bueno y abundante. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y espaciosas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, pero me lo arreglaron enseguida y fueron muy amables. La ubicación es excelente. La piscina es pequeña pero siempre que fui estaba yo sola.

Cons:

Las instalaciones en general (muebles, baño, etc) son un poco viejas y las ventanas no aíslan mucho. La última noche hubo una tormenta fuerte y el agua se colaba por las ventanas. Uno de los ascensores no funcionaba desde el principio y el día de la tormenta se estropearon los otros dos, pero lo resolvieron rápido.
