Pros:

混雑感はなく過ごせた
小樽駅と運河に程よい近さ
大浴場のシャワーとドライヤーがRefaで嬉しかった
ミストサウナがすごく良かった
エアシャワーも良かった

Cons:

トイレの排水の音が終始聞こえたのが気になった
ベーカリーの案内がなかったので帰りまで気づかなかった
ラウンジのフリードリンクは初日午後は利用できたが、2日目午前はなかった
大浴場のドライヤーを使う場所が狭いのが気になった
3人横並びで洗面台はひとつしかない

十分満足できました。
Pros:

毎年2度ほど使わせて頂いていますが、今回は高校同期の仲間と一緒に予約した4部屋も希望通りに隣り合わせで用意して頂きました。３階和食の朝食も美味しく、10人で予約した14階のハーフランチも十分な内容で全員が満足しました。タクシーの手配も素早く対応してくれて助かりました。

Cons:

チェックアウトの時間がもう少し柔軟であれば云うことなしです。
