Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクのサービスが良かった。エレベーターのボタンがカードがないと押せないようになっていて、セキュリティ面で安心できた。

Cons:

駅から近い商店街側の方の入り口が階段だけなので、足の悪い友人は表まで回らなくていけなかった。

Pros:

크기가 일본의 다른 숙소에 비해 여유있는 편이라서 침대 하나를 추가해도 3명이 무난하게 이용했다. 고풍스런 유럽같은 호텔 분위기와 걸어서 오타루 명소를 다니기에 적당. 주차장이 협소했지만 근처 주차장으로 바로 안내해주었고 깔끔한 대욕장이 있어서 피로 풀기에 좋았다.

Cons:

조식이 일식과 서양식으로 구분되어 각기 다른 층에서 진행되는데 여행 동반 일행이 일식은 맛있다고 하는데, 내가 이용한 서양식을 맛이 없었고 구성도 미흡하다.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They gave promptly responses.

Cons:

The only downside is that we cannot reserve the parking lot in advance. On the day we went, there was a firework festival. We took almost three hours to find the parking.

雨の日に宿泊したので、商店街のアーケードからホテルに入れてとても良かったです。
