Luxurious hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Spectacular service in a truly 5 star hotel. I was greeted by Young at the front desk upon check in and she gave me a quick tour of the facilities including the spa downstairs & a Michelin stared restaurant upstairs. I arrived early in the day & my room was not quite ready so I enjoyed lunch. Later on Young sent me detailed tips & instructions on sights I had hoped to see on my first to Beijing helping everything go smooth. Sanda Bondari ended up being super helpful as well, downloading the DiDi app for me, much like Uber, so I could get EZ rides everywhere, including to the Great Wall & back. She is from Moldova, a small country in Europe that I have always wanted to visit so we had lots to chat about. Very friendly & professional staff at the Waldorf Astoria. The rooms, bar, dining are all top notch & the breakfast buffet is out of this world. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Beijing.

Enjoyed the stay !
Pros:

Everything about our stay was excellent, from the convenient location to the outstanding service and cleanliness. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, the breakfast was good, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Although English was somewhat limited, the staff went above and beyond to assist us using translation apps. We would gladly stay here again.

A nice choice in Beijing
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the room was so spacious and nice, the staff at the reception was very helpful

Stay at Waldorf Astoria Beijing
Pros:

Located in Beijing’s Dongcheng District, the Waldorf Astoria Beijing exceeded my expectations. There was a security checkpoint before reaching reception when we first arrived, which I found a bit unusual since it was not there for the rest of our stay. I assumed it may have been related to a world leader being in town that week.

Check-in went well, although our upgraded room was not quite ready upon arrival. While we waited, we stopped for drinks at Peacock Alley, the hotel’s bar, which was spacious and had attentive hostesses that made the experience enjoyable.

Once we got to our room, it was clean and felt both elevated and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the robes were a nice touch of luxury that felt on brand for a Waldorf Astoria stay.

The daily breakfast buffet was by far the highlight of the experience. The hotel is also in a great location—walkable to so many shops and restaurants, and very easy to find.

Splendid Stay with Stellar Service (Mind the Maze!)
Pros:

We had a thoroughly delightful stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing. The location is absolutely spot-on, making our daily jaunts to the Forbidden City completely effortless. The breakfast spread was top-notch each morning, and both the gym and indoor swimming pool are excellent, well-maintained facilities.
The absolute highlight, however, was the impeccable service—most notably from Ms. Katerina, our personal concierge. She looked after us with the utmost care and sorted out an issue we encountered with absolute efficiency. She is a credit to the hotel!
Our only slight amusement was the guest hallways, which are rather dark and put one in mind of a bit of a maze 😆. That minor quirk aside, it was a first-class experience, and we shall certainly return.

Struttura perfetta. Materasso e Jacuzzi eccezionali.

Cons:

Colazione da alzare di livello. Livello di inglese dello staff è insufficiente! Intrattenimento e livello del bar da migliorare.
Palestra / wellness da migliorare. Prezzo è alto per livello di servizi. A Beijing da Four Seasons ho trovato qualità poco sotto, a quasi metà del prezzo. Questa volta ho scelto Waldorf, altre volte potrebbe non avere un senso onestamente.

Fabulous Hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful visit to the Waldorf hotel in Beijing this May! Hotel service was top notch, and the grounds were very clean. I want to extend a special thank you to Rice Wang for organizing transportation to and from the hotel, as well as to the Great Wall. He was wonderful to work with and went above & beyond in making our trip memorable. Thanks for everything! Wonderful stay.

TOP und das beste Hotel in ganz Beijing
Pros:

Es war ein super Aufenthalt und wir können das Waldorf Astoria jedem Gast empfehlen.
Die Location ist top, das Hotel in sehr guten Zustand und das Personal waren sehr freundlich.
