Firstly... I should say, we came down from Ubud, we booked this hotel from there and the staff member who helped with the booking was professional and fantastic to work with..
The hotel is situated within walking distance to almost everything, markets, beach, water bomb park and shopping. The staff are amazingly helpful and very pleasant to work with.
The grounds and pool are beautiful and well maintained with even paving, manageable for me with a walking stick. Rooms are spacious and clean.
However, bed was a little uncomfortable, sleepable but not really comfy. The bathroom really needs an upgrade, depending on what time you showered is whether you had hot water or not.
But all in all it's a lovely little hotel, I'm definitely staying here again. Thank you for the service.

It is in the perfect location to either walk to Legian or the beach, just up Jl. Pantai Kuta is the Boardwalk Shopping Complex and you can get anything there you will need for your stay in Bali, there are always plenty of Kojek or Grab motorbike riders to take you where you want to go or you can get a Bluebird taxi that are always going past so transport is not an issue.
The only thing I would say that needs a change in the hotel is that they need to put a shelf in the shower area (which is huge) to put your toiletries on to use in the shower as there is nothing in there to put them, but that is the only negative I can say about this hotel.....It is a old hotel and more traditional to Bali with beautiful green garden down the centre with water flowing in lots of ponds with lots of Koi fish and turtles, would I stay here again on my next trip to Bali?? Yes I would it is such a nice friendly place to stay. If you want a more modern hotel then this is not the place for you, but when I come to Bali I want to feel I am in Bali in the place I am staying not some flash modern hotel.
absolutely nothing, I have loved staying here and actually booked an extra week so all up I have spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute, the staff are awesome and friendly and I even met Mr Summer himself and he is also a very nice man.

Номера немного уставшие и чувствуется влажность, но за свою цену это нормально...

The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Fantastic room on ground floor, well worth the extra couple of £££s each night. Very clean and food was delicious. Well located for easy reach of the beach and nightlife. Reception staff and house keeping were very nice and helpful

Moved next day to a balcony and power wouldn't work properly .
Asked to move downstairs next day and cost me $27.
After sleeping downstairs my asthma was playing up, thought it was air con .
4th day I got up pulled off my doona no mattress protecter one sheet and there was actually mould growing on my mattress and so many stains I could just imagine what they were . Checked out instantly .
