We have stayed there before and been reasonably happy with accommodation.

Cons:

In our room, would have appreciated 4 x sets of cutlery, crockery, tea/coffee/biscuits. More importantly, the balcony door was difficult to close and some work needs to be done on getting the curtains running smoothly. I noted looking up at rooms, that curtains were just not working in some rooms.

Not well managed and the rooms feel quite neglected. Rooms could do with a good spruce up. Help and advice with the management of the property would be a good thing.

we enjoyed the location it was perfect for us

the only thing was the bedding in the motel the mattress would be better with i topper pad on it as it was not overly comfortable for us over 60s 😜and the pillows were not good pillows apart from that we loved it and will come back

Adequate room and facilities
Pros:

Location of motel was very handy for being close to and in the middle of beach locations - i.e. right in middle of Horseshoe, Alma and Picnic Bay beaches and snorkeling sites at Geoffrey Bay.
Also close to nice pool and bar/cafe/restaurant and bottle-o store at Arcadia Village Hotel - very handy for those those.

Cons:

Room was ill prepared when we arrived, all the small print about opening hours of the reception (we arrived bang on 5pm) and that the room would only be serviced after 3 days was NOT in the information via Booking.com, so I was unaware that we would not get the towels and sheets changed until after day 3.
Even with that knowledge we had to call twice (incurring extra overseas call charges) on Day 5 to get the room services and then I suspect the complimentary refreshments and toiletries were then OVER supplied in a gesture of sarcasm!
The cost at $200 AUS per night meant I had higher expectations of the quality and
