The staff was superb - very kind and welcoming. I had a problem because my bag from the Lego shop ended up in wrong room

It offers a comfortable stay in a great location with excellent transport links.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very lively area, close to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden. Metro access is very easy, and it's about 10-15 minutes from Broadway and Times Square. It's also just a 5-minute walk to the Hudson Yards sculpture (The Vessel).

Walking from the train station to the hotel is convenient, and overall access to the metro station is excellent.

The room is comfortable, with an adequate bathroom, kitchen, and refrigerator.

Breakfast is actually pretty good.

There's a 7-Eleven on the corner with 8th Avenue, but on the corner with 9th Avenue there's a small market with much better variety and prices: Gourmet Deli

Cons:

The neighborhood has some drug users on the street, though they don't cause any disturbance. There are also some homeless people in the area, which seems to be fairly common throughout New York City based on what we observed.

Housekeeping only comes every 48 hours (every other day), not daily.

The biggest issue is seating space, the hotel has more guests than the small breakfast area can accommodate, so it's always crowded.

Pros:

Struttura con tutti i servizi (piccola palestra, terrazza ad uso degli ospiti, acqua tisane the e caffè americano sempre disponibili e il pomeriggio biscotti freschi. Colazione sempre varia sia salata che dolce e ricca anche di frutta, menù a rotazione ogni 3 giorni, abbondantissima e sempre rifornita in caso finiscano le pietanze. Consiglio vivamente di includerla nella prenotazione anche visti i prezzi fuori.
Le pulizie sono fatte con perizia un giorno sì un giorno si ed uno no come normale per affitto mini appartamenti
Personale sempre disponibile gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza tutti veramente tutti in particolar modo menziono jorge che tutti i giorni ci regalava dei momenti dedicati a noi con consigli sia sulla città che per la colazione.

Very nice facility. Clean, small as compared to the many Homewood suites we stayed in, but able to accommodate a rollaway along with the 2 queen beds.

Great experience made better by Josttyn!
Pros:

The hotel was clean, any concerns were readily addressed and the location was great. Room size and breakfast were excellent as well.

Josttyn made the experience even better, constantly ensuring a fun experience for our family. After a long day, the lobby often had a small dessert and fruit available which was a great way to return with tired kids. He always had a smile and it was great to see him helping others in Spanish when needed, supporting diversity in the hotel.

Pros:

Very clean and spacious rooms! Having the kitchenette helped avoid excessive restaurant food. Location was fantastic within walking distance of almost everything. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Pros:

The breakfast was much more than we expected and there is plenty of food for everyone. You can eat there or take back to your room in to go boxes provided. The staff is extremely helpful and always cleaning up quickly after guests leave. Josttyn was very kind and always had a smiling face. He always offered to take our plates and his customer service is top notch. The staff at the front desk helped hold our luggage and always with a smile. The hotel is very clean and location was key. We stayed for a week and it was perfect to hit everything we wanted with stations nearby and plenty of food options and stores for small items we needed. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Decent hotel, crap business practice.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable and it was fairly close to all Times Square and Penn Station.

Cons:

The three employees that pretended to be nice and then pushed vacations and time share information. It sucked after a long day of travel and while waiting for our room. It’s uncomfortable to be pressed while waiting in the lobby. Will not stay at another Hilton.
