Pros:

The staffs were very welcoming and friendly. They let you store your luggage until your check in time. Breakfast was good too. I loved the kitchen.

Café da manhã muito bom, poderia haver mais variedade, sempre a mesma coisa. Localização perto do metrô. Quarto com cozinha.

Cons:

Estavamos em 3 pessoas, Pessima a cama ( sofá cama ) de mola extra, horrorosa, barulhenta, afundava e as molas sentiam-se na pele. Limpeza prevista para dia sim, dia não, que aconteceu de não ocorrer em dia sim; Tinhamos que solicitar mais de uma vez. Limpeza quando feita bem ruim. Sugestão: treinar todos os funcionários.

Very good hotel
Pros:

Excellent location. Near sights, shops and metro station. Free hot chokolate in the lobby. Good size room with sofa and kitchen.

Cons:

Low water pressure in the shower. There was dishwasher, but no dishwasher detergent. Breakfast very crowdy and noisy, but we always found a table eventually.

Hotel pulito in posizione centrale
Pros:

L'hotel ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Era molto ben posizionato, a pochi isolati da Times Square e da Penn Station.
Camera delle dimensioni giuste e struttura pulita.
Colazione abbondante. La possibilità di poter preparare il pranzo liberamente con il cibo della colazione è stato un plus non da poco visti i prezzi per mangiare in giro a New York.
Staff cordiale.

Cons:

Se devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, segnalo che nella nostra camera c'era un divano letto per cui non ci sono state fornite le lenzuola. Queste mancavano ogni volta che veniva effettuata la pulizia della camera (ogni 2 giorni). Ma una volta chieste ci venivano fornite. Con questo pelo di attenzione in più sarebbe un hotel da 10 pieno.

Die Lage war super. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde nicht täglich gereinigt. Nach Toilettenpapier musste ich immer fragen, wurde nicht automatisch nachgefüllt. Das Sofa mussten wir selber ausziehen und beziehen. Es waren am Beginn zu wenig Handtücher zur Verfügung. Wir waren zu 3, aber nur 2 Handtücher.
