תחזוקת החדרים טעונת שיפור. אין שירותי ניקיון במהלך השהיה, זרם המים במקלחת חלש ביותר וקשה מאוד להתקלח כך.
Possui um café da manhã farto que você pode usufruir desde o dia da chegada. Além disso , permite que você leve para seu quarto . Hotel amplo para os padrões de Nova York. É bem localizado, mas sem a agitação da Times Square.

La struttura è moderna e abbastanza curata, posizione comoda vicino Times Square. Colazione poco varia, ma disponibile 24h caffè, latte, acqua e tisane

Il bagno della stanza molto piccolo, nella stanza non esistevano punti d’appoggio o dove appendere cose per 5 persone. Colazione migliorabile.

Location was close to all the tourist things you’d want to see - times square is around the corner. Central Park, 5th avenue etc was all close by. The room was spacious and had everything we need. The breakfast was decent.
OUR pillows had a bad smell. Although the bedding was spotless the pillows had a soaked in smell of cooking or something that I smelled every time I moved around. Also the towels had a strong chemical smell. (Only some) .
