We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Jefferson, Reintta, and Aileen made us feel truly welcome. Since our flight arrived early in the morning, they kindly stored our luggage so we could start exploring the city without any hassle. They also went above and beyond by offering us an early check-in a couple of hours before the standard time, which we greatly appreciated after a long trip.

The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the entire staff was always friendly, professional, and eager to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay.

A big thank you to Jefferson, Reintta, and Aileen for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional customer service. They truly made our visit even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

What a great place to stay! The food, location, and staff are great but Reinetta was by far the best! Our initial flight was canceled and we were placed on a much earlier flight. This put us at the hotel way before check in. We were very hungry and didn't have a place to go as the room was obviously not ready. We checked our bags with Reinetta and she allowed us to go get breakfast even though we technically weren't guests yet. This kind gesture, and a good meal, improved a rather rough start to the day. She continued to take care of us during our stay and made it a very pleasant experience. Thank you for your kindness!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a 5–7 minute walk from Penn Station and only 7–10 minutes from Times Square. Broadway is also about a 10-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.

The rooms are very comfortable, especially for a longer stay. They are equipped with everything you might need—and even more! It truly felt like a home away from home.

The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.

My friends and I absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The Homewood Suites at Midtown is a great stay for your time in NYC. The rooms were clean and easy to use. The pull out couch is as expected for a pull out but worked fine and was clean. The location is busy so I would not expect an early check in, but they do store luggage which is great. The location also has a paid self-serve laundry and gym. There’s also an outside space which was a nice reprieve.

Breakfast is better than other continent breakfasts I’ve seen. The service is fantastic, especially Felix who helped our table.

Would stay here again! Great location for the price!

We really enjoyed our stay here for eight days thanks to excellent hospitality by all of hotel staffs. Especially we would like to appreciate both Jefferson and Kasee for their proffessional and exceptional services when we asked various issues. Among them, Jefferson's appropriate guidance for our transportation to JFK after check-out, was very helpful and saved us both time and cost substantially. Thus when we come back to Manhattan in future, we are sure to book and stay in this Homewood Suites by Hilton again. Of course, I will recommend this hotel to my friends who are coming to Manhattan. In addition, I appreciate Rahima Afroza, Front Office Manager for her kind hospitality to us.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Eravamo in 5 e là camera era pulita, fresca e accogliente. Ci è piaciuto molto anche la flessibilità nel check in e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Doskonałe wyposażenie pokoju, również aneksu kuchennego. Sprzątany co drugi dzień. Śniadania do zaakceptowania. Kawa, herbata dostępne w holu przy recepcji. Czysto.

Our team travels for work all year round. It’s not often you get all the amenities of home in one place. Provided Breakfast, a kitchenette and a thoughtfully designed room for people staying for longer than a few days. On top of that the service the team provided is out numbered. Ana checked in with our team members daily. Offering her help each day to make us travelers more comfortable and supported. When you travel often it’s people like Ana that stand out and truly make you feel like an extended part of your team. Whenever we’re in NYC again we will be staying here! Thank you Homewood for taking your name to hear and making it a home for us.

The location was perfect, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, breakfast was delicious! All the staff was very friendly and courteous. At breakfast, Felix was quick to clean up our tables and offer help in getting anything we needed. He was extremely helpful.

We have stayed here many times as our son pursues his Broadway dreams - and had made reservations for an upcoming 10-day stay many months ago. Suddenly we needed to adjust our arrival date to check in a day earlier. I was fortunate to be connected to Ana D. who compassionately listened to my plight and delivered some bad news about availability with sincere grace and kindness. About an hour later, she called me back to say there had been a cancellation and she was able to secure our room for that extra day! It would have been so easy to hang up after telling me no - and move on. But she embraced us as family and found a solution that worked! I will never forget her and her commitment to the customer - seeing it thru in a way that most would not have. Cannot wait to return again!

To the folks at Hilton - Ana D. is a keeper!

Hotel bem localizado para quem gosta da região mais movimentada de NY e que precisa se locomover muito de metrô. Quarto amplo, limpo, com utensílios para quem prepara coisas no quarto ou precisa guardar em geladeira. Equiper simpática, especialmente Jeorge e Felix, que atendem com muita prestatividade no café da manhã, que, por sinal, é muito bom para padrões americanos! Pudemos fazer comprar pela internet e a equipe de recepção recebeu sem problemas. Elevadores são rápidos e, apesar de o Hotel estar cheio, não tivemos problemas para chegar ao nosso apartamento!

I am very pleased with my stay here, as far as the room, room service, staff, even the guests were so pleasant. I have absolutely no complaints. I am interested at coming back to a location, anywhere with the name of Homewood suites. On the night that we were having dinner Marilyn D. and Bran J. served us with the best smile and delicious meal, saving me some time to just enjoy dinner with my partner.

This is a great location right in Midtown just a few minutes walk from Penn Station. Jefferson and Gigi were especially helpful and made my family's stay very enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
