La struttura è in un'ottima posizione per girare la città, la suite comoda e sufficientemente ampia per tre persone, pulita (il cambio asciugamani e lenzuola ogni due giorni). E' stata molto ultile la lavanderia della quale abbiamo usufruito due volte. Colazioni abbondanti. Cucinino ben attrezzato. rapporto qualità prezzo molto, molto buono

Siamo italiani e nel bagno manca il bidet.
la colazione era abbondante ma mancava di formaggi e salumi che solitamente sono presenti negli hotel di quella categoria.

I enjoyed my stay very much.
Pros:

The location is central in Manhattan so easy to access other neighborhoods via cab, bus, train or walking as well as easily accessing other boroughs. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Shane and Gigi. A little snack corner off of the registration desk meant i could fill a late night urge for ice cream without having to run out. There is a fitness facility and a rooftop deck where one can sit and watch the sunset which i did. Breakfast was included with many options including hot prepared foods, cereals and fresh fruit and the ability to eat outside in the courtyard as well as indoors. Everything was clean.

Cons:

The room looked out onto the courtyard so it got very little external light and the interior lighting was adequate but minimal so it was slightly dim.

Für ein Städtetrip ausreichend und zentral.
Pros:

Sauber, alles vorhanden.

Cons:

Reinigung nicht täglich inkl. Handtuchwechsel. Beim Frühstück war es sehr voll und chaotisch. Zu wenig Platz für so viele Zimmer. Zu viel Einmal Geschirr.

Pros:

The hotel's location is excellent, close to Penn Station. Has many dining options and close to 7/11 and CVS.

Cons:

1. We took a room for 3 people, and it was a bit small.
2 The staff come to make the room only from the 3rd night. We stayed 4 nights so we got clean towels only once.
3. There was not enough light next to a mirror, so when your partner is in the shower, you can't put on makeup, as there's not enough light in the room.

La ubicación era muy buena y sobretodo el servicio de bebidas calientes disponibles todo el día, está genial, puedes tomar un café o té a cualquier hora y sin ningún pago extra, luego puedes llevarte el desayuno a tu habitación en una tupper o simplemente para una excursión fuera del hotel, esto es top!

Cons:

Pésima gestión con la fianza: cobro indebido e injustificado
Nos retuvieron una fianza obligatorio de 88,12 € al hacer el check-in. Días después de haber abandonado el hotel, nos cobraron 22,03 € de ese depósito sin ningún tipo de explicación ni aviso previo.
Dejamos la habitación en perfectas condiciones, exactamente igual que a nuestra llegada, y no realizamos ningún desperfecto ni consumo extra. Para colmo, tampoco nos han enviado ninguna factura ni desglose que justifique el motivo de ese cargo adicional.
Nos parece una falta total de transparencia y una práctica muy poco profesional por parte del hotel. No recomiendo alojarse aquí por la falta de rigor con los cobros en la tarjeta de los clientes.

La ubicación es perfecta, el equipo es atento y las instalaciones están bien conservadas y limpias. Poder subir el desayuno a la habitación o llevarte el desayuno es un punto muy positivo.

Not much storage space for 2 adults and child
Reception staff not keen to help, only when spoken to manager few days later some actions were taken.

Dans la chambre pour 3 adultes + cuisine : le canapé lit n’est pas du tout adapté à un adulte (95kgs et 190cm), les pieds dépassent, matelas pas top
Cuisine bien équipée mais manque un espace pour manger (table, chaises)… du coût la cuisine ne sert pas à grand chose

Posizione top, terrazza panoramica e camera spaziosa

Rooftop fantastico dove potete portarvi da mangiare e bere, stanza spaziosa per gli standard di new york, posizione top tra il madison square garden e times square, possibilità di farsi tè, caffè e cioccolata calda a tutte le ore, staff gentilissimo e accogliente, check out alle 12, cucinino in stanza, lavanderia a gettoni al piano terra, porte usb per ricarica ovunque nella stanza

Cons:

La colazione: la sala è piccola per tutti gli ospiti e nell'orario di punta si rischia di restare con il piatto in mano aspettando che si liberi un tavolo. La stessa è varia ma per stomaci forti: pollo fajitas, tortillas, una specie di frullato di carne, totale assenza di salumi, beacon una sola volta in 5gg, uova stracotte; in compenso il dolce è poco ma c'è: muffin molto buoni, marmellate, yogurt, bagels, frutta e pancakes un paio di volte alla settimana. Di sicuro le colazioni a new york costano ma se siete tipi da cornetto e cappuccino dovrete farla per forza al bar. La pulizia della stanza ed il cambio asciugamani sono a richiesta ed al massimo ogni 2gg; la pulizia lascia parecchio a desiderare rispetto agli standard europei. Il phon in dotazione subisce continui cali di potenza ma è l'unica cosa che funziona a 110v. Nella strada c'è un centro di correzione ed accoglienza quindi preparatevi ad incrociare senzatetto e tossici, non ci hanno mai infastidito ma non è una bella sensazione; purtroppo la città ne è piena e la maggior parte si concentrano nel quartiere e li troverete ovunque oltre che nella strada dell'hotel.
