Absolutely fantastic!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly warm and friendly and catered for our every need. Melina was completely wonderful, what a credit to your organisation she is; she was so patient; her English was superb; she was informative and helped us get a feel for BA and the sights to concentrate on and try and see, plus all sorts of every elements that she so naturally afforded, she is the best and what all hotel companies must hope for in their staff. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful so all a credit to your company, however Melina was who we met on arrival and she went above and beyond which we sincerely appreciated indeed!

The room was spotlessly clean; the house-keeping staff were lovely; the room was spacious and had all mod-cons; the bathrooms fab; and the bed huuuge!!

Cons:

Not a thing.

Pros:
