Buena ubicacion, pésimo hotel

Ubicacion Excelente

Cons:

Pésimo servicio en todas las areas, mal en el aseo, desayuno con un cafe de pésimo nivel, cero foco en el cliente. Muy mal hotel.

La ubicación excelente, el tamaño y confort de la habitación esta bien.

Cons:

Las toallas son viejas, el desayuno podria ser mejor para el precio que se paga. El spa es deficiente para el precio que se paga, la llave magnética funcionó mal todo el tiempo en la corta estadía que estuvimos. Nada grave el hotel esta bien pero tal vez el precio es muy alto para el servicio que brinda.

Cons:

1) El servicio del Room Service pésimo, el pedido centralizado con la Recepción, y la Recepción con el Restaurante, el pedido llegó a destiempo, en 3 veces, faltando utensilios, y sin una presentación acorde al precio

2) Los baños no tienen ventilación, mala iluminación.

3) El gimnasio no tiene equipamiento actualizado, y faltando equipamiento o accesorios básicos, como ser: Bosu, Rodillos, Gomas Elásticas.

Pros:

First of all the staff was spectacularly helpful. Melani was terrific, super friendly and helped with everything including arranging the tickets to a football game.
