I got exactly what I needed: A comfortable place to recover some sleep while I traveled through BW.
Pros:

The property was very good for the price. The owners were very cooperative and helpful when I needed to check-in late. They were also very friendly.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und zentrale Lage
Pros:

Die Lage und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis waren sehr gut. Auch das Personal und Organisation waren top.
Grundsätzlich waren die Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Das Haus ist sehr alt und auch die Ausstattung ist dementsprechend alt.

düşük bütçeyle işinizi görür 1 gece için yeterli bir otel

Merkeze ve metroya yakın.

Cons:

otele giriş çıkış biraz zor bana verilen oda çatı arası en üst kat. tek kaldım sorun yok ama daha iyi bir oda verilebilirdi. Ayrıca otelin fiyat listesi 89€ yazılı iken ben 128€ ödedim booking aracılığıyla.

Wegen des unzufriedenstellenden Services würde ich hier leider nicht noch einmal übernachten.
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer hervorragenden Lage. Das Zimmer war sauber und entsprach grundsätzlich meinen Erwartungen. Trotzdem wurde ich enttäuscht – obwohl meine Erwartungen ohnehin schon nicht besonders hoch waren.

Cons:

Ich bin gegen 17:00 Uhr angekommen, aber es war bereits kein Personal mehr vor Ort. Das wäre eigentlich kein Problem gewesen, allerdings fehlten in meinem Zimmer sowohl ein Föhn als auch Toilettenpapier. Da ich geschäftlich unterwegs war, brauchte ich dringend einen Föhn, konnte aber niemanden darum bitten. Selbst um 06:00 Uhr morgens war kein Personal verfügbar.

Auch, obwohl das Zimmer selbst sauber war, waren die Fenster, Steckdosen und Jalousien leider schmutzig.

Für einen Preis von 80 € pro Nacht hätte ich deutlich besseren Service erwartet, deshalb fällt meine Bewertung entsprechend niedriger aus.

Accettabile,se devi alloggiare per l'ocktoberfest,un po' meno per lunghe permanenze.
Pros:

Posizione ottimale per visitare Stoccarda con i mezzi pubblici
Pulizia della camera.

Cons:

Non posso giudicare l'intero complesso però la mia stanza si.
Ultimo piano,nel sottotetto( senza ascensore per l'ultimo piano) stanza piccola,pulita ma veramente datata e spoglia.
Al primo di maggio senza aria condizionata faceva già caldo.
Diciamo che sarebbe da svecchiare un pelo ed almeno una cassetta di sicurezza e un minibar con una bottiglia di acqua non guasterebbero.
Soprattutto perché dopo una certa ora non c'è reception,quindi per ogni cosa devi uscire.
Se sei un ragazzo di 20 anni e vai all' Oktoberfest va bene,per un uomo di 50 in po' meno.
Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più per una posizione così ottimale.

Sehr gute Lage (Zentrum und zu den Wasem). Top Frühstück-Service! Preisleistung geht in Ordnung.
Pros:

Ich war sehr positiv vom Frühstück und der Fürsorge vom Personal überrascht! Vielen Dank für den tollen und fürsorgliche Betreuung (Katerfrühstück nach der Wasen). Top! Die Lage nahe am Zentrum und sehr gute Verbindung zum Wasen-Areal haben gepasst!
