There’s better options in the town for similar prices.
Pros:

It’s located right after the bridge where there are other accommodations.

Cons:

Amenities were not good, it’s just an old Inn hostel.
One of my family fell down on the stairs because they’re broken. No one answered the phone which was given at the booking, somehow I found a different number. No first aid kit. A staff said he knew that the situation, but I didn’t get how they gave the room to customers or at least didn’t mention it to be careful.

poor cleanliness of the common areas and disappointing customer service

The property looks beautiful in the photos, and in some ways it really is. The green areas are well maintained, and the surroundings are pleasant. However, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay.

The biggest problem was cleanliness in the common areas. There were cans, cookie wrappers, water bottles, and other trash scattered around the property. When we arrived, I assumed there had been a recent gathering and that everything would be cleaned up the next day. However, we stayed for three days and two nights, and the same garbage remained there from the day we arrived until the day we left. Although I saw staff cleaning the rooms, the common areas appeared to be completely neglected.

The exterior of the rooms also looked dirty and poorly maintained, even though the inside of our room was clean.

Another issue was that our toilet did not have a seat lid. I was traveling with my dog and my young child, who has recently started opening doors on his own. This became quite inconvenient because he would enter the bathroom and try to play with the toilet water. I reported the issue several times to the receptionist on the day we arrived. I was told that a lid could be installed or that we could be moved to another room, but neither solution was ever provided. What was even more disappointing was that the concern was minimized, and it seemed as though they doubted that my child could open the bathroom door.

As a paying guest, I believe it is reasonable to expect basic amenities such as a proper toilet seat and lid, or at least some form of compensation when such issues are not resolved.

Overall, this property has a lot of potential due to its location and outdoor spaces, but the poor cleanliness of the common areas and the disappointing customer service left a negative impression on our stay.

Good stay at a nice property.
Pros:

The room we booked was well furnished and the bed comfortable. We made limited use of the kitchen (mostly the fridge and glassware) but it was well stocked for two.

Cons:

We were unaware that our room and balcony were overlooking highway 3 rather than the pool courtyard and ended up not using the balcony at all, which was the only reason we selected the larger room. Also, the shower curtain rail was a "friction fit" one that kept falling off. This was annoying but we couldn't get it to hold better.

Stay was okay. Place was clean and quiet but need some updates.
Pros:

Great layout with the courtyard. Rooms need a major overhaul/updating. Overall clean and quiet. Water was hot.

Cons:

Needs new curtains, dishes, mattress. Was surprised there was no hot tub - just a kiddies pool.
