Spacious and tidy, great location.
Pros:

These units are well located close to the town/pools and in a quiet location.
The room we had was very spacious!
Beds were comfortable and shower had good pressure.
They provided towels for the pools which was very helpful.

Cons:

The room had a shower over spa bath, the bath base was uneven so was a bit of a slip risk.
They said the rooms were serviced daily but they didn’t remove our recycling or top up the toilet paper which I would have thought would be a minimum even if the beds weren’t remade.
There are blue lights on the deck all night which you can’t control but with a slat blind over that window it is still quite visible in the room.

Cons:

Seemed to be a problem with the heating that we reported. The beds had electric blankets so overnight wasn’t a problem.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Great location, short walk to restaurants, pools, walking track etc.
Nice large 2 bedroom unit, with full kitchen (although we didn't cook there).
Good to have extra towels to take to the Hot Pools. And an extra key was no issue.
Anyone staying here needs to dine at MK - OMG it is amazing!!! A short walk into town. What an amazing experience, and very reasonably priced, "Trust the Chef".

Cons:

Stair well area needs a clean. Needed the key to turn power on, so couldn't leave dishwasher or washing machine going when we went out. Minor things.

Overall I enjoyed my stay
Pros:

I liked how convenient the location of the hotel was to the main town and hot pools. Rooms were very big and comfy.

Cons:

Only thing was that the rooms were slightly outdated and needed some TLC. For example, some of the blinds were broken and the tap in the sink was loose and wobbly

Excellent!
Pros:

This was our second stay at Clear Ridge and it was again excellent. The apartments are a great size and very clean. The service was friendly and helpful too. We'll be back next year!

Great location and facilities.
Pros:

A great location to explore Hanmer Springs. The property has great facilities and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The heating in the apartment was difficult to operate. The heating system needs to be upgraded

Overpriced, not a 5-start facility but great location

We were checked in by the receptionist. Unfortunately we were not advised that the heatpump wasn't working. All we had was one little space heater for a big apartment. Dispite them not being fully booked we got the apartment witha broken heatpump. After complaining the following day we were given three two more small heaters. The first night was freezing with frost outside. Teh blind in teh bedroom was broken too so we had this blue light from teh outside streaming in.
We also found that the property was dirty - lots of hair on floor and in bathroom, dead flies behind doors. Their room service was to onlt to give new towels and top up coffee. When we left we were not asked how our stay was. Not much value for money, they class themselves as 5 star accommodation, it is far from that. Can not recommend.

Clean comfortable place to stay handy to the town

Smooth check in , nice and quiet even though its next to a busy road.
Room was spacious and comfortable and we could walk into town to find a place for a meal or a drink.
