Management is not up to it. AVOID.

Great location. Was great last stay 2019.

Cons:

Belligerent manager moved us from room with mouldy bathroom - silicon falling out etc. after complaining. Second unit dusty, broken blinds, worn through coffee table, 3 light bulbs out, freezer box chock full with ice, shower corners mouldy, outside walkway covered in mud from someone's boots not cleaned whole two days and no room servicing done. Dead plant in public area pot. None of these things generally a deal-breaker and could easily be rectified but for over $400 per night - not acceptable.

Perfect
Pros:

Nice size room, everything there that we needed including Sky to watch the rugby, office space for a bit of work and a Spa bath for those wintery nights. Will stay again.

Great spot. Needs some love and attention to reach its potential.

Great location. Good kitchen facilities.

Cons:

Well overdue for a bit of love and a good clean. Toilet ceiling fan full of dust (we cleaned it ourselves), 2 lights in bathroom did not work, bathroom fan did not work, questionable makes on wall in toilet near paper roll holder. Compendium said room would be serviced including beds being made. Only thing we noticed was the make up my room sign being put back, some of the rubbish taken and a new dish cloth. Pretty poor service really. Then a few wired things like clean linen stored in a laundry bag in the main corridor and has those old school key rings that don’t fit in your pocket. Property has a lot of potential but missed the mark for us.

Great stay, good upgrade.
Pros:

Great location and quality, spacious & well planned apartment. Could happily stay a week or a month with washer, dryer, ironing board and full cooking facilities + dish drawer. Plenty of space for a family of four or five. The only thing I would change is the couple of bedroom windows that have blinds don’t fully block outside light, they need curtains over those windows as well.

Cons:

Above comment about having all curtains instead of some blinds in bedrooms. Bathroom and loo fans stay on for ages automatically, not a great idea during the night.

Great place close to restaurants and the springs very comfortable

Would stay again after Sept when everything has been renovated

The location ,the amount of space in the appartments , the layout, and the managers

Cons:

It was cold due to the entry door stop not sealing remedied by putting towel across it and it warmed up. The bathrooms are tired and chipped basin and bath and having to step into shower which has an uneven surface is an accident waiting to happen , i believe they are being updated and replaced in Sept to walk in showers etc

Great location could do with a refresh
Pros:

We’ve been staying at Clear ridge for 18 years on and off. It’s a great location!

Cons:

It’s definitely looking a little on the tired side, much of the furniture and decor has not been refreshed for 18 years and it’s beginning to show,eg. All the numbers have come off the oven so I had to guess temperature and settings. Sofa bed in the lounge really only suits a small child.
