Pros:

Offers free welcome drinks and food from 11am - 11pm has allot of useful amenities, room utilises the space well giving you more space, the location of the hotel is good easy to get spend the city

Friendly stuff, accomodated our late arrival (midnight) without any problem, perfect breakfast with sashimi bowl, good location - calm neighborhood close to Ueno and Asakusa.
Laundry machines (coins) and microwave available for guests on one of the upper floors, electric kettle and little refrigerator in the room.

Pros:

Wide range of amenities available at reception. Good breakfast with many options to choose from.

Cons:

Aircon difficult to regulate. With the aircon on, the noise was too loud to sleep; with it off, the room was too hot.
