Worst hotel and not good.. electric plug still on when I check in..

Worst...not safety..im check in I look the electric plug still on..and the plug button loose..so dangerous for guests... probably for electrical shock.

Great location for shopping, but the unreliable Wi-Fi and occasional lift problems need improvement.
Pros:

The location is very convenient and close to the markets, making it easy to go shopping and explore the surrounding area.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi connection was the biggest issue. It worked only occasionally and was usually very slow or completely unavailable. I informed the staff about this, but they said that the Wi-Fi becomes slow when many guests connect and that there was nothing they could do. I don’t think this is a suitable solution, as the hotel should provide a reliable internet connection for its guests. Also, there is only one lift, and it sometimes doesn’t work, so we had to use the stairs.

Location access was good and low cost

Cons:

The elevators could be maintained better, and there were small ants in the room, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay was decent, but these issues should be addressed to improve the guest experience.
