While the location is great, I would not stay here again.
Pros:

Location was very good and the lobby was beautiful.

Cons:

1. $45/day parking surprise when we arrived. Parking was listed under the most popular amenity however and the page also said Public parking was available nearby but charges may apply. So, surprise!
2. No refrigerator in the room.
3. No microwave either
4. TV was difficult to use, only Direct TV with menu on channel 1 that scrolls to about channel 50 I think. No search feature or any other media platforms available like HBO?
5. My access to the internet dropped the next morning. They had to reboot their system for me.
6. The restaurant picture on their site is beautiful and on the property, but you can’t charge the bill to your room?
7. The room was very noisy and vibrating, like construction going on all day and night. After asking the hotel staff about the construction noise, they said it was coming from the restaurant above us since we were on the 5th floor
8. No Fan in the bathroom
9. Had 2-queen beds and it had a really tight walking space between bed and wall, not even a 1ft. Difficult to get in and out of bed on that side of the bed

Localização, com saída tanto na rua para Downtown como outra saída embaixo direto para o lado do rio. Ótima cama e banheiro.

Cons:

Não tem um fitness adequado. Há apenas uma esteria, um Transporting e uma bike, em uma sala minúscula. Não há um peso sequer.

We had a great time escaping the Charlotte ice storm.

The location is perfect. The rooms are large and comfortable. It is clean. Two restaurants on the premises. Valet parking.

Great location. Staff was helpful with checkin and recs on what to do in the area. For one night it was great, would have been good to stay even longer
