Great location for2 night stay.
Pros:

Excellent location with friendly staff. We had a room that faced the street and it was surprisingly quiet! Nice breakfast too.

Value for money!
Pros:

Staff was super helpful, comfortable acommodations (except for the pillow, for our taste), breakfast starts early (at 6am) which is helpful when you want to start your day early. Clean, excellent location and service.

Cons:

It's not the hotel's fault, but there were very noisy people in the hotel. Since a lot os excursions leave Cusco at 4:30/5am, some people that have zero empathy stand in the hotel breakfast area at these hours and talk and laugh loud. Be prepared to be waken up by impolite people. I believe it would be helpful if the staff requested people to not speak so loud or even make some change to the acoustic of the breakfast area. Many rooms have their windows facing it, and the ceiling is like a plastic material that amplifies the sound.

Pros:

I stayed here for 4 nights. The room i got for first night wasnt that great. It was late at night and the hotel couldn’t change the room. However next day, Lia changed the room for me; and since then my experience was great!
I also enjoyed the breakfast a lot!
