Pros:

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal, la habitación con sistema de aislamiento de ruido, lo que permitía descansar muy bien y el desayuno.

Cons:

Que Booking no entregue el valor final real de la reserva, ya qué costo un 10% más de lo indicado. Ese valor fue un 10% de la comisión de Booking que no estaba detallada, ni informada por Booking al momento de ver el precio de la habitación.

Muito boa, recomendo.
Pros:

Localização espetacular, muito próxima da plaza mayor, que é incrível. A pousada é nivelada, não exige esforço fisico para chegar e fica num lugar muito bom em Cusco. Equipe muito atenciosa.

Cons:

Exaustor do benhiro MUito barulhento. Tomadas com dificuldade por conta do adaptador. Máquina de esquentar água quebrada. São detalhes que não comprometem, mas poderiam melhorar.

Uma excelente estadia, com localização perfeita, muito conforto e ótimo atendimento, com apenas alguns pequenos pontos q

A localização é excelente e perfeita para conhecer a região. O quarto é muito confortável, o chuveiro é ótimo e o box é muito bom. De modo geral, tudo estava muito bem cuidado e tivemos uma ótima experiência durante a estadia.

Cons:

O único ponto que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o tamanho do quarto, que era menor do que aparentava ser nas fotos. Em relação ao café da manhã, nos dias em que conseguimos tomar no hotel, estava ótimo. Porém, nos dias em que tínhamos passeios e não conseguimos tomar o café, o box de desayuno oferecido poderia ser mais completo. Recebemos apenas uma fruta e uma garrafa de água; seria interessante incluir também um sanduíche ou algum lanche.
