Bulle magique en plein centre d'Ubud et d'un temple
Pros:

Personnel incroyablement serviable, aux petits soins, souriants et prévenants. La chambre magnifique, la piscine jolie, le petit déjeuner magique face au temple et fleurs de lotus. Nous avons essayé les massages au spa, parfaits aussi. Une bulle de paix dans l'animation d'Ubud et en plein centre. Près de rizières et des restaurants. Chauffeur de l'hôtel adorable et service au petit déjeuner aussi. Merci

A little oasis in the heart of busy Ubud
Pros:

Comfortable room in great location in the heart of busy Ubud. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Nice, peaceful pool to while away the hours. Excellent breakfast in a setting that looks out over the water palace.

Cons:

The room was a little small with no view, but it had a nice little porch in front that we enjoyed.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, the grounds are incredible with free entry into the water temple, hotel room was amazing & so beautiful in design, lovely quiet location off the hustle & bustle of the streets, cannot praise the staff enough, nothing was too much trouble for them to help & everyone was so friendly & kind, will definitely return to this fabulous hotel.

Great location
Pros:

Located in the centre of ubud with a lot of shops close by. Free entry to ubud water palace which is peaceful in the morning. The staff were helpful and friendly. The spa was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast options were limited and lacked flavour. Starting the breakfast at 7.3 can be late for early morning tours. There is construction work happening close by which affected the privacy from the outside shower.

Mágico!

Gostei de tudo. O quarto lindo com vista para o templo das águas de onde assistia aos espectáculos. As luzes, a água, a música, tudo era mágico!
A localização era fantástica para quem quer ficar no centro de Ubud e ter contacto com a vida frenética que a caracteriza. Mas basta entrar no hotel para nos sentirmos num sítio de calma e paz.
O pequeno almoço é excelente, servido num sítio lindo com vista para o lago de lotus. Podemos escolher entre três opções.São todas muito boas.
Os funcionários são uma simpatia, sempre atentos e disponíveis. Foram uns dias maravilhosos!

Excelente. Lugar maravilhoso e confortável!
Pros:

Lugar bonito, boa localização, funcionários muito gentis e solícitos, quarto limpo e bonito. Estamos na nossa lua de mel e eles fizeram a gentileza de fazer um ritual de benção e deram um brownie decorado como agrado. Café da manhã maravilhoso, muito gostoso e com ótima vista. No último dia, saímos às 5h30 e eles prepararam um box de café da manhã para mim e para a minha esposa, o que foi muito gentil e atencioso. Gostamos muito e recomendamos bastante!!!

Cons:

A única crítica que temos é que as vezes acaba água quente. Então normalmente ou eu ou a minha esposa tomávamos um banho todo com água quente - em geral, no meio do banho da segunda pessoa a água acabava. Mas é um problema pequeno comparado ao que oferecem.
