Review
Cons:

The bedroom looked unclean with stains on the carpet. The shower dripped constantly. The towel rail was loose. There were crumbs all in the cupboard where the toaster was. There was no view. We had to park down the bottom garage which meant walking up stairs which wasn't ideal with my medical condition.

All in all we enjoyed our stay at Horizon , we would stay there again
Pros:

We have stayed at this property before
The location is good
Very clean & staff friendly

Cons:

Even though the apartment was very clean , we found the doonas were very stained & off colour , we are sure they were clean but didn’t look good
Could do with a new clothes air dryer as the one in our room was falling apart
Also what would come in handy is a long mirror either behind one of the doors or in one of the cupboard doors

Comfortable holiday space
Pros:

Lovely location close the beach and using the apartment’s beach path is very quick. Clean apartment and spacious with large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms.
The manager was very accomodating and friendly and even reimbursed us some of our stay due to the unexpected noise during the night of the light rail construction. Not Horizon’s fault or anything they can control but this does go a long way with keeping guests’ association with this complex a positive one so we were very thankful for that.

Cons:

Curtains that provided more blackout from the western facing heat would be great but everything else was good.

Pros:

Comfy bed, washer dryer very handy , pool lovely, location nice for beach walks

Cons:

No A/C in bedrooms makes for hot sleepless nights , noise from construction late at nite and start 630 am in morning , fabric lounge and cushions could do with a steam clean

Good apartment in a nice location but air conditioner wasn’t very effective on hot and humid days.
Pros:

The location was really good with easy access to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance

Cons:

It was difficult to keep the apartment cool on very hot and humid days as there was only one small air conditioner in the living room and only ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We were on the top floor and couldn’t have the sliding door open even on cooler days as there was no security screen and it wasn’t safe for our grandson on the balcony.

2 mins walk to the beach . Beautiful view from our balcony. Kitchen got everything we need... Beds are comfy, clean. Apartment is clean.

Fantastic. Would stay again.

The apartment was well located to all facilities.
The apartment was clean and well set out.

Cons:

There were no complimentary toiletries, no hair dryer.
When I booked there was no A/C in the bedrooms however, the rooms were very hot and stuffy… we opened the window & had the fan on constantly with the bedrooms still very hot.

The place is fantastic and exactly what we were looking for, rail works were unbelievably noisy
Pros:

Everything about the property was great, as expected and perfect. Just need to stay there when road works finished which looks like years away.

Cons:

Huge issue was road works noise from outside all night from works on the rail line. Windows have extra sound proofing in the bedrooms however it still kept us awake every night. Not the fault of horizons as they were great. The rail line should be compensating there business better.
