La amabilidad del personal en la oficina no tiene precio se portaron muy amables buena comunicación me impresione que son tal vez de Pakistán o irán o Afganistán no le spregunte pero hablaban español perfecto me quede impresionada hable con el chico y me dice que tuvo que aprender español para atender alas personas por que hay muchos turistas que no hablan español mil gracias por amabilidad.

Pros:

I won’t give this place anything over 1 because they stoled a $600 shirt from me. I’m in the music business and I had a Burberry shirt on a hanger that I forgot in the closet. Only one person went into the room after I left. The shirt disappeared and management did not care to help. They obviously stoled the shirt. I was going to file a police report but at this point it’s a loss cause.

Pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The room was big enough, the bed was comfortable; and I appreciated having there a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The place was quiet, even though, we were on the first floor and close to the street.

Cons:

I didn't like the noise that came up as soon as we open the bathroom shower. It was really annoying. Thanks God it only lasted around 5 minutes. The hair dryer didn't work. The hand soap dispenser was broken, so we needed to get soap from the shower to wash our hands.

Spacious and Comfortable
Pros:

Very spacious. It was perfect for a short overnight stay to conveniently attend a nearby event the next morning. It was located in a calm, peaceful area that I felt comfortable staying. Good value for the price!

Cons:

There's not much I didn't like. But, if I had to critique, the shower head had a dysfunctional flow. However, it was good enough, and the suitcase rack was broken.
