El no acceso directo a la playa
Te reciben con tanta amabilidad desde que bajas del taxi que ya te sientes en casa, todo el personal es muy atento. Las instalaciones son limpias, bonitas, y el hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y del centro.
La habitación 10/10.
Adicional, el desayuno es muy rico y completo.
me gustó la habiatación, desayuno bueno. Areas de piscina tenerla más limpia.
La piscina grande me dio la impresión que no estaba muy limpia y el yacussi.

el colchon es pésimo y nos parecio terrible que de una forma muy irrespetuosa una funcionaria del hotel entro a nuestra habitación para rectificar la cantidad de personas lo cual entendemos que hace parte del orden y control, eso esta muy bien! lo que no esta bien y que violenta la intimidad de quienes se hospedan es que entre a la habitación sin previo aviso.

EL SERVICIO QUE PRESTAN DE DESAYUNO EN LA CAFETERIA, POCOS MESEROS Y COMIDAS FRIAS, CHOCOLATES FRIOS, Y JHAY QUE IR HASTA LOS TERMOS A SERTVIRLOS , EN CAMBIO QUE, EN EL RESTAURANTE TE LO SIRVEN CALIENTE EN LA MESA( CAFE, CHOCOLATE ETC )
L'hôtel est en travaux, il y a également des travaux devant l'hôtel qui gênent complètement la vue... Les chambres sentent l'humidité à toutes heures de la journée et ne sont pas correctement nettoyées les vitres sont sales à croire qu'elles n'ont jamais été nettoyées.
La réception n'a pas voulu nous donner la chambre que l'on avait réservée en nous expliquant qu'il n'y avait pas de disponibilité alors que l'hôtel n' était même pas à moitié rempli !!! Nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour mais après plusieurs demandes l'hôtel n'a pas voulu nous rembourser les nuits perdues...
Une honte passez votre chemin il y à bien mieux à côté pour le même prix même moins cher!!
