Tolles Personal, Zimmer war in Ordnung, Lage großartig.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ab 6.00 hat man den Fahrstuhl aller 2 Minuten klingeln gehört. Das war leider sehr nervig. Auch die Putzfrauen waren an einem Tag früh morgens sehr laut, sodass wir nicht weiter schlafen konnten. Die Badtür ging nicht zu. Der Duschkopf funktionierte nicht.

Le personnel est très professionnel, attentionné et très sympathique. L'hôtel est à la fois calme et très bien situé. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent. Bref, si nous revenons à Hanoï nous reviendons sans hesiter au Romantic Hotel.

Everything. The room was great, location excellent and walking distance to train street, bar street and other attractions in the old quarter. Best of all were the staff who were fantastic

Se dovessi tornare ad Hanoi, alloggerei sicuramente qui!
Pros:

Ottima posizione, il personale alla reception è stato molto accogliente e attento sia al nostro arrivo, sia durante tutta la nostra permanenza. La stanza era silenziosa e abbastanza pulita, letto molto comodo e spazioso, TV dotata di collegamento Netflix. Anche il bagno era più grande di quello che ci aspettavamo e ben fornito. La colazione era modesta ma molto buona e con diverse scelte a buffet oppure si poteva richiedere la preparazione al momento di uova e Pho.
