Fantastisch verblijf
Pros:

Wat een fijn hotel om te verblijven! Gelegen in het oude centrum van Hanoi maar heerlijk rustig. De kamer was ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het ontbijt was uitstekend verzorgd en ruim voldoende. Maar vooral het personeel was top. Ontzettend aardig maar ook geweldig in het meedenken van onze reis, de goede suggesties en het regelen van alles. Ze zijn fantastisch in het ontzorgen. En zelfs na vertrek geïnteresseerd. Heel attent. Wij komen zeker aan het eind van onze reis terug voor we weer terugvliegen.

Nice location cute and clean room

I liked the location, it was the best.

Cons:

No soundproofing at all, I could hear noise from the other neighbor rooms. To make it worse, last night there was a really loud family that kept me up.

Very kind and accommodating staff. Nice bathroom and plenty of mirrors.

There were some regular bugs on the floor, and one window was not a real window to the outside.

Tolles Personal, Zimmer war in Ordnung, Lage großartig.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ab 6.00 hat man den Fahrstuhl aller 2 Minuten klingeln gehört. Das war leider sehr nervig. Auch die Putzfrauen waren an einem Tag früh morgens sehr laut, sodass wir nicht weiter schlafen konnten. Die Badtür ging nicht zu. Der Duschkopf funktionierte nicht.

Le personnel est très professionnel, attentionné et très sympathique. L'hôtel est à la fois calme et très bien situé. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est excellent. Bref, si nous revenons à Hanoï nous reviendons sans hesiter au Romantic Hotel.
