Hôtel bien placé, bien équipé, avec un très bon service et une superbe équipe !
Pros:

Tout … la preuve nous y sommes retournés suite à un accident qui a chamboulé notre voyage.
L’équipe est bienveillante et attentive.

Incroyable, un havre de paix !

Tout, services parfaits, professionnels très efficaces et agréable.
Partfaitement situé et très beau, literie très confortable, bien isolé. Patit déjeuner très complet.
Le quartier aussi est agréable.
On est ravis ! Je recommanderai cet hôtel à chaque fosi que je le pourrai.

C'était vraiment exceptionnel.
Déjà grâce aux professionnels de cet hôtel. Très efficaces à tous niveaux, ils ont largement contribué à rendre ces derniers jours sur Hanoï plus agréables, plus faciles.
Quant à l'établissement ce fut le meilleur, des lits très confortables, le seul où je n'ai pas mis de boule quies, lits refaits tous les jours, serviettes changées idem.
Petit déjeuner varié et complet, pris au 8eme étage avec belle vue.
On va le recommander autour de nous.

Absolutely amazing service from all staff. Always greeted with a friendly smile and a chat, always went out of their way to help us and ensure we had a great stay. Rooms are clean modern and very comfortable beds! Absolutely amazing location, walkable to everything, would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely amazing stay here. The staff and service was impeccable! Always so chatty and smiley and going out of their way to help you. Room was clean and fresh with super comfortable beds. Location is in the heart of the old quarter and walkable to everything but still super quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Hanoi, can’t recommend enough!

Highly recommend, best location and good value for money

Very clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. The best location it is only walking distance to shops, cafe and restaurants. Thank you to the friendly staff.
