Loved the location. Close to downtown without being right in it.
Wonderful location. We had a harbor view room with a balcony. Room was set up nice, clean and it was fun sitting out on the balcony overlooking the marina. A little pricey, but the view was worth it. A 20 minute walkover the canal bridge and there were numerous restaurants.
We loved our stay at Park Point, it is close to everything that Canal Park has to offer! We would stay here again.
Park Point Marina Inn was a very clean, bright, and welcoming hotel. The views were exceptional, and the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend! ⭐️🌊
The hotel was clean and within walking distance to Franklin Square Beach. The disappointment was the shuttle. My family and I took the shuttle from the hotel into town & dropped off near Grandmas for dinner but unfortunately the shuttle driver “forgot” to pick us up, as arranged. Luckily it’s less than a 15 minute walk back to the hotel but not ideal at 9:30pm with kids.
Clean and quiet. The breakfast was also good. We loved that the hotel was walking distance to Canal Park and 12th street beach.

Shuttle bus service was reserved for private wedding party on Saturday during peak times for dinner was inconvenient and ruined our dinner plans for Saturday night and enjoying the canal Park. Felt we should have been offered compensation as it was advertised during our booking.
Loved the shuttle service over the bridge to area shopping and dinning. Appreciated all the extras …smores bar, outdoor fire pit and games.
Waterfront - Best hotel breakfast anywhere - S'mores Bar - Corn Hole - Sauna + Hot tub + Pool - Lemon Towels in the Lobby - CLEAN - great beds and pillows - 5 Star Staff - free all-day shuttle bus into Canal Park - sand toys for the kids! They really thought of everything.

This is a great little spot just a little away from the busy atmosphere of Canal Park. We love this place and all the little things they do to show their guests they care. The s'more bar is such a great treat and everyone is so nice at the breakfast buffet in the mornings. We really love our stays here!
