Nothing really
The breakfast was great, lots of places to sit. Beds were very comfortable, shower was good. Even though we were in a hallway filled with a traveling sports team, you wouldn't be able to tell. Couldn't hear any neighbors. They were completely booked, but had available space for us to park our trailer. No funky smells in the hallway or room.
It was really neat to be able to see the lift bridge from our room, but we seemed to time our travels perfectly with the bridge being up when coming and going each time. It lifts every 30 minutes and the traffic backs up regularly.
Staff was excellent!
We were unable to use the facilities to their fullest. We plan to be back .

Weekend prices are very expensive!

Great location. Easy walk to amenities of Duluth. Nice little pub. Really good breakfast.
We were given a room with a balcony on the first floor so what we looked over was the grill of a Chevrolet and the parking lot. There was a fire emergency in the middle of the night and no one seemed to know what was going on or what it is that we needed to do as guests. The pool and exercise room towels are way too small and the exercise room needs a bit more space outside of the machines.
Large rooms, crib available for baby, s’mores at night and varied breakfast in the morning. Great location as well. Would recommend!
