Rooms are clean and good view of the Bay
A bit dated

Building is so old and falling apart. Slider door to balcony was stuck and the screen fell out and no longer had a track to put back up. Screen handle was duct taped in place. Bathroom had mold because it was built in the 50"s' yellow/orange/brown small square tiles. Toilet so low to the ground/perfect if you have a toddler. Mattresses old and hard, no sign of any bugs (great), but sheets and pillows very itchy. Room was musty and dusty.
Breakfast
Hot tub jets we're broke,pool was dirty flys everywhere the private beach wasn't swimmable huge rocks in water to hurt someone swimming not to mention I had about 10 people outside my room having a bonfire no privecty then took 100 more then they were supposed to for " incadental fee "and still have received it back this was my 13th yr anniversary and it was terrible also drove all the way from clare county will not be returning 😕
Beach front. Breakfast did the job. The view was beautiful.
Facility needed cosmetic repairs. Would have been nice to have a pool with water in it.
On the water, close to downtown, plenty of free parking.

Very old place. Cheap. Not a USA feel hotel. No pool. Hotel in very poor condition. Room smelled bad.
It was a good location. Right on the beach. Simple, but worth the price. Big rooms, great view overlooking the lake.

Room was 90° plus when we arrived at 11pm.

Door stuck and had to be slammed to shut it
The room had holes in the wall and it felt like maintenance was not kept up on. The drain in tub drained slow. Curtain would not close all the way. It was dingy. Will not stay here again.

ac didn’t work well, was very hot in our room. called the staff he came to look at it, said he would check if there other rooms available to move us & totally ghosted me and never got back with me. 1/10 experience.
