We liked it by the water and the kids play equipment in the back.

The one room in the suite was cold and only half the outlets worked.

a great stay but dont close the slider door!
Pros:

I liked how clean everything was and I really liked having a balcony with a view of the water and Mackinaw Island.

Cons:

I didnt like getting trapped on the balcony. The slider door locked behind us and my husband and I were trapped on the balcony in our pajamas, in the dark, in the wet, with midge bugs all around. Fortunately my parents were staying in the room next door so I was able to climb over the railing and knock on their glass slider door. After scaring them half to death we were rescued! Im writing all this so the property owner can be aware of this flaw and correct it before others are locked out, too. Especially since there is a sign in the room asking us to be sure and keep the doors closed so the bugs and bats dont come in.

For the price you cant get better period
Pros:

Very friendly staff, the view was great room was clean. Staff went out of their was to make sure I got my room i showed up after 11pm room key was where I was told great staff

Noisy but slept well

The bed was comfortable,

Cons:

did NOT have cold water in the sink, the tub was nasty, had a car horn going off ALL NIGHT with nobody checking to see who's car it is and WHY is their car alarm going off all night. Overall it was a place to sleep.
