Completely Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, our experience at Motel One Wien-Prater was very disappointing.

When we arrived in our room, we discovered that the toilet had clearly not been properly cleaned. There were visible signs of use by the previous guest, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable, especially for a hotel.

We immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff. However, instead of offering an appropriate solution, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and that they could either clean the toilet again or move us to another room the following day.

What disappointed us even more was the hotel’s lack of responsibility and effort to properly resolve the situation. Despite the seriousness of the hygiene issue, no satisfactory action was taken to address our complaint.

We expected much higher standards of cleanliness and customer service from Motel One. Unfortunately, the way our complaint was handled made our stay very unpleasant.

I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Tolle Lage für einen Besuch des Praters. Leider lässt das Frühstück zu wünschen übrig

Der Frühstücksbereich ist leider wenig durchdacht. Die Tische sind viel zu klein, und die Sitzmöbel ermöglichen keine angenehme Sitzposition zum Essen. Für den Hotelbarbetrieb am Abend mag die Einrichtung passen, für ein gemütliches Frühstück ist sie ungeeignet.

Auch das Frühstücksangebot lässt zu wünschen übrig. Statt klassischer Semmeln und Schwarzbrot gibt es eher gewöhnungsbedürftige Brötchen. Zudem stehen ständig Transportwagen für den Nachschub im Frühstücksbereich herum. Das beeinträchtigt die Atmosphäre und vermittelt einen unaufgeräumten Eindruck.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Ganz ruhige und saubere und modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, Doppelzimmer Superior sehr geräumig.
Praktisch: U2 Station Prater- Messe direkt vorm Hotel und Tiefgarage vorhanden (20 Euro für 24 Stunden)

Cons:

Ich fand die recht tiefen Loungetische beim Frühstück nicht sehr angenehm.
