Chique hotel op een handige locatie met prima kamers
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, mooi pand, prima kamers en degelijk ontbijt. De locatie was super gunstig, je loopt zo het centrum in.

Cons:

Kamer had enkele defecten (losse handvaten in de douche), viezigheid en roest in het bad

Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und das mit wenigen Schritten erreichbare Parkhaus waren super.
Besonders lobenswert war fastolle Frühstück mit den frischen Backwaren.
Mit dem Personal und dem Service waren wir absolut zufrieden.

Pros:

De receptie. Bij bellen bij parkeergarage direct geholpen. We kregen plattegrond van Groningen met tips. Kamer was al klaar bij inchecken. Laatste dag konden we nog hele dag koffers kwijt. Interieur en tuin ziet er heel leuk uit.

Cons:

Niets. Hadden alleen geen nederlandse zenders op de tv. Alleen samsung plus. Bij uitleg over de tv kwamen we er niet uit. Maar vonden we ook niet echt belangrijk. Kussen was te dik met slapen.

Lage mitten im Zentrum, rundherum viel zu entdecken. Äußerst freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Schöner Innenhof und gute Gastronomie.

Pros:

Er ging echt heel veel mis (zie volgende vraag), hoe het uiteindelijk is opgelost ons dan wel ok maar het ging in. eerste instantie niet van harte. Ontbijt was prima, kamer ook ok, beetje gedateerd.

Cons:

Barpersoneel wat pas behulpzaam werd na ingrijpen van de receptie. Ander hoofdgerecht leveren dan besteld en daar ook nog over in discussie gaan. Dat was vroeger echt beter.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war echt gut! Die Lage des Hotels super!

Die Bewertung des Hotels. Hat niemals 4 Sterne!!!!! Sehr viele Stufen und Treppen!

Het was luxe

Cons:

Maar ik ben nog al een koud slaper het bed was zo ontzettend warm ik ben wel 4 x water gaan drinken omdat de lakkens zo warm zijn ben uiteindelijk zonder kleren en dekens gaan slapen veel te heet. Kamer temp was 20 graden btw.
