Pros:

De locatie was super. Op het moment dat je de de entree binnenkomt ziet het er super uit. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Wij begonnen met een borrel op het terras en ook hier zag alles er mooi uit en de kwaliteit was goed. Toen we in de kamer kwamen (de junior suite) bleek wel dat het allemaal wat ouder was. Achterstallig schilderwerk, veel gebruikssporen, gat in de deur van de kast. Kamer was wel schoon. Maar ik vond het vrij prijzig voor een wat verouderde kamer. Wel genoten van de heerlijke jacuzzi.

Cons:

Zoals hierboven genoemd. Veel geld voor een wat verouderde kamer.

Pros:

professioneel, goed en vriendelijk personeel. schone kamer. Modern, hip ingericht. Uitstekend ontbijt. Goed gelegen in centrum.

Cons:

ach, deels Engelstalig personeel. Diner was ok. Pittig gesprijsd.

Great location, clean rooms, and a solid breakfast—just watch your step on the steep stairs!
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it incredibly easy to get around. The entire property was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was sufficiently good with enough variety to start the day off right.

Cons:

The only real downside is that the stairs are a bit steep. You definitely need to use them with extra care, especially when carrying luggage.

Nice hotel at a great location
Pros:

- We received a free update from a junior suite to a suite which was nice
- Nice staff at the reception
- Very comfortable room
- Great location, close to everything

Cons:

- The room wasn't super clean (one of the glasses in the bathroom had toothpaste in it and there were some coffee stains)
- Even though the room was nice and luxurious, there were also some broken things (the tap in the bathroom was loose and some other things)

Hotel avec charme et très bien placé. Eviter la voiture ou deux roues pour y aller.
Pros:

l'emplacement idéal. L'hôtel avec du charme et sa cour intérieure. Le personnel souriant et avenant. Le petit déjeuner varié et les produits de qualité. La présence du restaurant et du bar (que nous n'avons pas testé cela étant dit).
Plein centre, avec toutes les commodités à proximité.

Cons:

L'insonorisation de la chambre pour la partie rue. Insonorisation inexistante, on attend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue et notamment la nuit ou avec le calme les bruits sont décuplés.
La fuite d'eau au plafond que nous avons pu constater lors des orages du week-end. Le fait que la réceptionniste ne s'en soit à priori pas vraiment "émue".
Lors de la réservation sur booking le parking est bien mentionné, mais il n'est pas mentionné :
- parking payant
- parking à réserver à l'avance ...
Etant en moto nous avons pu utiliser la parking Q parking à proximité sauf que lors de chaque sortie la moto n'était pas détecté, il fallait à chaque fois appeler l'assistance

Deze oude kamer een echte tegenvaller
Pros:

Super vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie (bellen je ook terug als ze in gesprek waren.) De sfeer en de inrichting van de algemene ruimtes.

Cons:

De kamer viel echt tegen. We hadden kort ervoor in een andere kamer geslapen in dezelfde categorie bij dit hotel, die nieuwe was en fijn. De kamer deze keer was klein, oud en vooral de badkamer viel tegen. Oude kranen ipv mengkranen, een ventilator die verschrikkelijke herrie maakt en een heel groot raam in de badkamer met rolgordijn ervoor. (Niet omhoog te doen of te openen want dan zag iedereen je vanuit de binnenplaats). Vraag naar een nieuwe kamer als je boekt!
3 keer kort brandalarm, omdat kennelijk de keuken ventilatie stuk was
