Das Ambiente ist sehr besonders!

Cons:

Die Elektrik wirkt veraltet ⚠️ und die Treppenhäuser sind sehr verwinkelt mit steilen Treppen, sodass man zumindest sicherstellen müsste, wer welches Zimmer bekommt.

Absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Our rooms were great and everything worked well, except the shower in Room 52. It was hand held only. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The ladies at the reception desk are fantastic - very helpful and pleasant in every way.

Perfektes Stadthotel mit Flair
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, sehr hilfsbereites freundlichen Personal, individuelle und geschmackvolle Gestaltung und Einrichtung des gesamten Hauses. Bequeme Betten/Matratzen.
Gute 'lunch-und dinner deals'.

Cons:

Kein Kleiderschrank und Spiegel im Zimmer...kein Toaster beim Frühstück.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, außergewöhnliche Gestaltung des Eingangsbereiches, Innenhofes und der Bar. Betten sehr breit und bequem. Frühstück war total in Ordnung.

Cons:

Hotel insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Tropfende Wasserhähne, Zimmer sehr klein, elektrische Leitungen teilweise sehr fraglich verlegt.

Comfortabel verblijf in prachtig hotel met mooie binnentuin
Pros:

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Vriendelijk personeel. Prachtig hotel en mooie binnentuin met Grand Cafe. Boven verwachting grote kamer. Met aparte zithoek, koffie/thee faciliteiten en koelkastje. Bijzondere ruimte, hoge plafonds. Het leek een oud winkelpand met indrukwekkende trap (kamer 14). Kamer met bubbelbad, douche en toilet. Wel direct aangrenzend aan het slaapgedeelte, deels af te schermen met gordijntjes. Dus iets om rekening mee te houden. Groot en lekker bed. Airco functioneerde prima. Lekker ontbijt in een prachtige zaal; voldoende uitgebreid en variatie.

Cons:

Wat mij bijna altijd opvalt in hotels is de schoonmaak. Op lampenkampjes, op de verwarming, een stopcontact, een reling, in de hoek van de kamer: vrijwel altijd een laagje stof. Dat zou je niet mogen verwachten, zeker niet voor deze prijs. Desondanks heerlijk verblijf gehad in het centrum van het mooie Groningen. Comfortabel en zeker een aanrader.

Fantastisches Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Ausstattung ist sehr liebevoll und detailverlibt. Dieses völlig verschachtelte Hotel liegt wirklich mitten in der City sodass man nachts nicht mit völliger Ruhe rechnen sollte (was uns nicht gestört hat). Der Aufenthalt war teuer, aber inspirierend. Der Innenhof ist eine Oase, die man abends nicht verlassen muss, wenn man einen etwas ruhigeren Abend haben möchte. Das Personal ist professionell freundlich und aufmerksam, was heutzutage keine Selbstverständlich mehr ist.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer (Suite für über 300 Euro pro Nacht) war riesig und optisch ansprechend, vor allem das Bad war toll. Allerdings wäre eine Renovierung dran, auch die Sauberkeit der Fußböden und Oberflächen ließ zu wünschen übrig (Staub, Wollmäuse). Die Ausstattung mit einem Wasserkocher und einem kleinen Kühlschrank war etwas dürftig.
