Smoking room in lobby..!
Large room with 2 double beds and loved outdoor bath
Very noisy location. No curtains so room was light at night due to light pollution
It's walking distance to places we wanted to go.hotel accommodates luggage storage.and there's don quijote and family mart nearby
1 small elevator for whole building
Accommodating staff.
I had to change rooms upon arrival because my first room was very dirty.
terrible experience, booked a king room that stated it had a extra bed on arrival they wanted to charge an extra 5500 yen to actually use the bed and make it
false advertising and hidden fees
The location was excellent. The hotel was within walking distance of Akihabara, Tokyo’s legendary tech and subculture district, making it very easy to explore the area. We especially enjoyed the Sunday Pedestrian Paradise, when Chuo-dori is closed to traffic and becomes a lively space for walking and sightseeing.
There were also many local restaurants and cafés nearby, offering plenty of dining options without needing public transportation.
Another highlight was the proximity to Kanda Myojin Shrine. This beautiful historic shrine provided a peaceful contrast to the energy of Akihabara and was one of our favorite places to visit during our stay.
The hotel served as a very convenient base for exploring eastern Tokyo. Major attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation were all easily accessible on foot. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe, vibrant, and authentic, allowing us to experience both modern Tokyo culture and traditional Japanese heritage within a short walking distance.
A special thank you to Booking.com for providing a complimentary airport transfer as part of our reservation. The driver was punctual, professional, and courteous, making our arrival from Narita Airport smooth and stress-free. This service added significant value to our stay and was greatly appreciated.
The room was quite small and definitely not suitable for three guests. There was very limited space for luggage, and there were no practical storage areas or closets for hanging clothes. The bathroom and toilet area were also very cramped, making daily use somewhat uncomfortable.
Another drawback was the lack of sound insulation. Street and city noise could be heard from the room, which occasionally affected our ability to relax and sleep.
We were also surprised to learn upon arrival that our room was located in the hotel's annex building. This was not sufficiently clear during the booking process and created expectations that did not match the actual accommodation provided.
The photos on the Booking.com listing were somewhat misleading and presented a more favorable impression than the room we actually received. More representative and up-to-date photographs, especially of the annex rooms and their actual size, would help guests make better-informed booking decisions.
Improved soundproofing, additional storage space, and clearer communication regarding room location (main building versus annex) would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
