Scam photos
Pros:

Location near metro and train stations

Cons:

Rooms are much smaller than on the photos, and do NOT match photos. Staff refuses to change rooms even when the mismatch with the advertised photos is apparent. Rooms also don't match their advertised descriptions on the Booking website.

Pros:

Balcony was great. It was really nice to sit and watch the surrounding area. There were air purifiers in the corridor and room.

Cons:

Not much noise insulation between rooms. The people in the room next door were very loud on the last night, until after 1pm. Not really the hotels fault the people were so rude, but more sound insulation would help.

Cons:

269,000 ¥ for 3 nights for 4 pax ( 3 adults 1 9 yo kid ) is too much for a dark & not so nice room. The cleaning staff were just looking at you while you are having a hard time pushing your big luggages inside the elevator.

Pros:

Nahe zum Bahnhof, sauberes Zimmer, direkt ein Family Markt beim Eingang. Auch wenn Sicht direkt auf Haupstrasse war es ziemlich ruhig (11. Stock)

Cons:

Hotel liegt in komischer Gegend, Personal war nicht besonders freundlich, Zimmer sieht nicht so gross und hell aus wie auf den Bildern, ich fand es ziemlich schäbig und muffig, habe mich in keiner Sekunde wohl gefühlt in dem Zimmer. Keine Fenster zum öffnen, Klimaanlage direkt aufs Bett. Badezimmer mega klein. Preis-Leistung keinesfalls gegeben!

上野動物園には便利でしたが取り締まりがなければもっと良かったです。
Pros:

駅から近い。
部屋をアップグレードしてくれた。

Cons:

ホテル近辺に違法駐車が多くパトカーの取り締まりの声が何度も大きくあり夜なのでうるさく感じた。
