Clean and good location

Cons:

Laundry machine dirty, need to keep cleaning like hourly, asking counter for small change 10pcs of 100y but only get 5 pcs. Not enough for my family stay for a week.

Pros:

We stayed at Centurion Hotel Ueno for 6 nights. The rooms are quite small, which is typical for Japan, but it was a bit of a surprise for us as it was our first stop. The location was excellent—close to train stations, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a FamilyMart right next door. It was also just a short walk to Ueno Park, which was a great bonus. The staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English, making communication easy. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free

Cons:

While booking, I didn’t realise the area has quite a bit of nightlife. It wasn’t particularly loud, but travelling with a 12-year-old, it wasn’t the most ideal setting for us. Also, the smoking room being located right next to the elevator wasn’t the best in terms of convenience. That said, these were minor considerations and didn’t take away from our overall stay. I would stay here again.

Magnifique hôtel, mais manque d’espace dans la chambre

Chambre très belle et propre, hôtel super bien placé, quartier agréable, personnel très agréable

Cons:

On était 6 dans la chambre, on se marchait un peu dessus, impossible d’ouvrir les valises, peu de rangements
