Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und das Frühstück lecker.

Cons:

Es gab Probleme mit der Abrechnung. Die Kreditkarte wurde mit Dingen belastet, die wir gar nicht gebucht hatten. Nerviges Hinterhertelefonieren, aber es wurde geregelt.

Modernes Stadthotel mit guter Lage, um Köln zu erkunden
Pros:

Modernes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Hauptbahnhof, das Rheinufer und der Dom sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Die Betten waren außergewöhnlich bequem.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.
Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage,
es kostet pro Tag 26 Euro.

Pros:

Gute Lage, das Personal am Tresen war ausgesprochen angenehm , professionell und hatte ein freundliches lächeln .

Cons:

Der Teppichboden könnte eine Reinigung vertragen und die Dusche vielleicht einen anderen Duschkopf ,sowie mehr Wasserdruck dadurch schaltete sich die Spülung erst nach mehrmaligem einspielen irgendwann mal ab. Für Courtyard inakzeptabel.

Good location the rest not so good
Pros:

The location was fairly good only a short walk into the centre

Cons:

The rooms were very basic for the price that we paid felt like there was very little in there. One bottle of water to share between two people. Tea and coffee was very sparse. No fridge in the room. The Aircon didn’t seem to blow cool and the carpet looked very grubby.

Pros:

Very friendly, competent and helpful staff, comfortable bed, spacious room with everything you need, good breakfast with various options, in walking distance to restaurants and bars

Cons:

There was construction work in the floor above us so there was no sleeping in with all the noise but other than that nothing
