Pros:

Perfekte Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr schönes Haus, äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet. Im ganzen Hotel herrscht eine ruhige, sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Freundliches Personal. Sehr schneller, aufmerksamer, individueller Service. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Einziger Schwachpunkt ist das "Kontinentale Frühstück". In Menge, Vielfalt und Produktauswahl sehr wenig und einfach. Es entsteht der Eindruck, daß hier an allem gespart wird. Für ein 4-Sterne-Haus völlig unangemessen und wirkt eher peinlich.

Excelente hotel com bom custo benefício.
Pros:

Hotel no estilo colonial com instalações modernas e confortáveis de Televisão, ar condicionado e chuveiros quentes e com boa pressão. Café da manhã a la carte com muitas opções de comida regional e bastante comida mesmo.
Piscina no terraço com vista bonita e aquecida. Tinha bicicletas para uso mas não chegamos a pegar.
O destaque fica para a equipe que é muito atenciosa e educada em todo o processo de check-in, café da manhã e para retirar dúvidas via WhatsApp. Recomendado. Excelente custo benefício para uma estadia no centro com muito conforto.

Cons:

Não possui restaurante (não é um problema porque devem ter mais de 20 num raio de 50 metros).

Pros:

A gorgeous hotel! Every bit as lovely as it looks in the pictures. All the staff so genuinely friendly and very helpful. Our stay at Casa del Coliseo greatly enhanced our whole Cartagena experience.

Great place to stay in Cartagena
Pros:

This place was really nice and clean. Located inside the walled city close to everything a tourist wants to visit. The pier is only a 6 min walk. The staff was amazing and friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. The room was really cold as it had AC and a fan. Mini fridge to store stuff and a safe. Will stay here again.

Pros:

Hermoso hotel. La decoración es maravillosa, la ubicación ideal, el personal "aux petits soins" .. Qué placer haberme hospedado en Casa Coliseo. RECOMENDADISSSIMO

Cons:

Larga estadía: poco espacio para guardar la ropa fuera de la maleta y falta de mesita para poner el computador para trabajar

Excellent staff. Average in other areas.
Pros:

Lovely location in a beautifully renovated historic building at the centre of Old Cartagena. We had a room with romeo and juliet balcony and enjoyed the view of the city and people. The room was very quiet in spite of being in a noisy area. The room was very clean and staff was extraordinary in attention and service (in the room and facilities). Breakfast was delicious and staff attentive.

Cons:

Value for money. The room was quite small for the price. The decor was ok.. dark rooms. The hotel had very limited facilities and the restaurant only served breakfast. The bed was not the most comfortable. We stayed at another hotel in Cartagena at the end of our trip that was superior and less expensive. Only instant coffee in the room.

Perfectly nice stay on a busy street
Pros:

Good location, within walking distance of everything and down the street from Plaza Santo Domingo. Our room was clean and minimal, with a balcony looking out on the street. It served its purpose for this trip but the location is a bit crazy and right across the street from a KFC, so I think we would choose to stay somewhere else next time.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance the entire time we were here, which was disappointing (especially during such humid and sweltering days). I do wish we had been told ahead of time this would be the case as the pool was a big draw in our booking. We ended up booking a day pass at the Sofitel’s pool instead.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and staff with amazing concierge that were very helpful, kind and professional. It was my first time visiting Colombia for a wedding and it was a lovely experience.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location was excellent with so much right outside the door. Historic building from the 1600s wonderfully restored.
