Le personnel très gentil.
J'étais en vacance avec ma mère, je n'avais pas spécifié une chambre à lit séparé et en plein pied.

Dès le lendemain on m'a changé de chambre face à la rizière.

Les piscines sont propres, les employés très souriànts et très gentils. J'ai adoré mon séjour.

Les jardins sont magnifiques.

Vous êtes bien placés au niveau resto et distributeur de monnaie

Good proximity in centsl Ubud, just need some attention on a few housekeeping issues.
Pros:

Proximity to shopping and entertainment

Cons:

Check in time of 3pm

Plenty of hair found in the shower recess on check in..
Lack of pool towel availability at rear pool. Used towels disappeared but did not get replaced.
Lots of tiles mussing from the bottom of the pool at the rear of the complex.
Being situated at the rear of the complex when weasked for rooms near the front which were available.

Great place in Ubud to stay.
Pros:

Personel were really great!! The location is perfect and pools were nice!

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit boring when staying multiple nights. The bathrooms are old and humid/moldy.

I was put in a room at the very back of the property and I felt isolated even tho most of the rooms overlooking the rice paddies where empty.

Lo staff e la posizione

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza e la pochissima varietà di cibo sia a colazione che a cena. Inoltre per quanto sia interessante avere le scimmie sul balcone che tentano di entrare nella stanza non è buona cosa.

It was a good stay but not excellent as I expected Bcz of the worst bed
Pros:

The vibe is good the view from the window was amazing

Cons:

The bed was really really bad and hard to sleep. I was not able to sleep because of the poor mattress and cracking sounds from the bed. It really needs to be fixed.

העיסוי בספה,
הנוף לבריכה שהיה מחדרי
הצוות יצא מגדרו כדי לספק לי כל דבר שהייתי צריכה.
אני עובדת מרחוק והיה חשוב לי מאד שהאינטרנט יהיה חזק ולכן בחרתי במלון הזה בין היתר, אבל בפועל האינטרנט לא היה מספיק חזק לזום, ובמהלך פגישות העבודה האינטרנט נותק לסירוגין, הצוות יצא מגדרו כדי לטפל בבעיה ובסוף הביא לי את הפלאפון האישי שלהם של הריזורט כדי שתהיה לי נקודה חמה (הוט ספוט) וזה עבד מצוין והפגישות הלכו חלק, בקיצר צוות מדהים, אדיב ושירותי ברמות יואות דופן.
מומלץץץ בחום, תמורה מדהימה בעד המחיר

nice quiet get away from the bustle of ubud and in a central location with rice paddy view

the quiet view of rice paddies and gentle walk around the gardens, plus the location of the pool was relaxing and beautiful away from the buzz of Ubud shops

The restaurant staff were not very accommodating when I requested jamu or juice with turmeric, anything outside the box seemed difficult for them.

Was ok for one night, staff were lovely
Pros:

The hotel was very pretty and looked appealing

Cons:

It isn’t the hotel in the picture . The door lock was a big padlock on the outside and a piece of wood slid through the door handles on the inside. Doors and windows didn’t close properly.
