This apartment was a comfortable and value for money getaway during a Queensland Winter.
Pros:

The view overlooking the water was enjoyable. The location to CBD Caloundra, the boardwalk and restaurants were close to this property.

Cons:

For the money we paid, we were more than satisfied.

Pros:

lovely clean rooms. Kitchenette was a good size with a good range of appliances. Very comfortable bed. excellent water pressure in the shower, (yes that matters to me). was able to walk to everything I needed comfortably.

Great place to stay . Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Loved the location as it is close to the beach, bus station and shops (all within 150m). The manager was super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had a partial ocean view. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Big walk in shower and king size bed. We found the safe a useful addition.
This was our 2nd visit and would come back again.

Pros:

Everything. Clean. Comfortable. Close to beach and shops. Lovely lady at reception.

Cons:

Parking but unfortunately nothing to be done about that if you have larger car.

Great location to shops restaurants bars and the beach.
Pros:

The location was excellent as was the management. The property was clean.

Cons:

The lounge was not comfortable- needs replacing. The water pressure was very poor even though we were on the first floor.

Pros:

It's good value for money overall. It was mostly very clean with a few missed spots but nothing serious.

Cons:

I battled to sleep all 3 nights. There's a noisy fan sound from another apartment, I was in 202, and it kept kicking in and sometimes stayed on for hours and also kicked in late at night or early hours of the morning. It sounded like a loud bathroom extractor fan but could also be an aircon unit. Although the fittings were quite dated, the room furniture was very entry level. Ultimately that wasn't an issue but a refresh of the furniture would really step it up. Im sure the booking site said I had a sea view which I didn't have.
