Very clean rooms and very helpful staff! great welcome gift for kids, my daughter was super happy about it, tesekkürler!
Great sports area, didnt used it but they do offer a lot of relaxing activities.
One thing that was a little disappointing was the requirement to wear a swimming cap in the pool. For a 4-year-old child, the swimming cap also came at an additional cost, which felt unnecessary.
What made the rule particularly difficult to understand was that many adult guests were in the pool with significant body hair, so from a hygiene perspective, the swimming cap requirement did not seem to make much sense.

Everything was Everything was wonderful — exactly what you would expect from a true 5-star hotel. The service was exceptional.

I would also like to thank Eray and Mert for their help during the check-in process.
The breakfast was extensive, with a great selection of cheeses, cold cuts, and fresh vegetables. As for drinks, they offered tea (which was excellent), coffee from the coffee machine (not particularly impressive, perhaps due to the choice of beans), and fresh orange juice.
Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the spa facilities or the swimming pool, but we'll definitely make sure to visit them next time.
Staff
Lovely spacious modern apartment, with great air-con, big bathroom and a full kitchen, and a washing machine
The whole apartment was super clean throughout, to a very high standard- not a speck of dust anywhere.
All the staff, from the valet parking team, to reception, to managers were very kind and helpful and were always happy to help.
All of them offered to help with any issues, and we're genuinely interested in me.
The owners should praise all of their staff, because they make the difference, especially to travellers, like myself, who do not speak Turkish.
Regarding one or two of the facilities, there were some technical problems to start with.
E.g. Both TVs and microwave oven, and bathroom door handle needed attention from the in-house maintenance team.
However, each issue was dealt with promptly and professionally, each time with a smile, even when I had to call late at night.
There were limited English language TV channels via the Satellite, only 2 in fact, which I found surprising for a top hotel like this.
