Great stay in Wroclaw
Pros:

Very nice stay at this hotel. Easy to reach with a few tram lines from the Rynek and only about 15 mins from the city centre. Clean rooms and nice staff to top it up. not many people in our floor despite the room not being sound proof .

Cons:

a few amenities missing for a 4* like basic toiletries in the bathroom and a pair of basic flip flops, for the rest it was very good. Room aren't isolated so could hear a few things from the corridor.

Poza brakami opisanymi niżej wszystko pozostałe OK!.
Pros:

Śniadania bardzo dobre. Personel życzliwy i pomocny przy zaspokajaniu dodatkowych życzeń wynikających z ograniczeń w pokojach.

Cons:

Słaby sygnały niektórych kanałów telewizyjnych. Brak ogólnopolskich programów informacyjnych. W niektórych pokojach na pilotach TV brak możliwości ustawień odbiornika. Tylko dwa kubki na kawę lub herbatę , brak szklanek na napoje chłodzące, tylko jedno krzesło w pokojach dla dwóch osób. Przydałyby się też w pokojach talerzyki deserowe na ciasto do popołudniowej kawy i łyżeczki.
Personel hotelu stanął na wysokości i uzupełniał w/w braki w wyposażeniu pokojów , które w trzech różnych terminach zajmowałem razem z żoną (27.04. -29.04. ; 04.05. - 06.05. ; 11.05. - 13.05.) 2026 r.

Korzystamy z gościnności tego hotelu nie pierwszy raz -zawsze zadowoleni
Pros:

Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny Pan w recepcji.Pokój i łazienka czyste.Lokalizacja dla realizacji naszych planów wyśmienita.Ze sniadania tym razem nie korzystalismy ale poprzedni pobyt-śniadanie smaczne,każdy znajdzie coś smakowitego dla siebie,wybór potraw duży,podanie estetyczne.

Na jedną noc ok, chociaż ciężko spać jak słyszysz wszystko co dzieje się na korytarzu.

Pokój wyglądał jak wagon, nie było gdzie odłożyć rzeczy. drzwi na korytarz nieszczelne. Wszystko było przez nie słychać i w środku w nocy budził mnie hałas z wracających z imprezy gości hotelowych. Była informacja, że dbamy o środowisko i nie używamy plastików, w hotelu znajduje się dystrybutor z wodą. Szkoda, że nie napisane gdzie ten dystrybutor oraz a w pokoju brakowało karafki aby można było sobie nalać tej wody. Na śniadaniu jak byłam o godzinie 9:00 nie było już wędliny i nic nie było dokładane w sobotę i w niedzielę wyglądało to tak samo
