La chambre etait pleine d’odeur des cigarettes

Facilities. Kitchen availability. Not value for money.
Location and room were good.
Linda and Abram at front desk were very helpful and communicative .
Unlike my first time at this hotel .I was checked in in uncleaned suite room.then got moved to another suite , then next day got moved back to a third suite, very inconvenient
House keeping staff are too loud during cleaning between rooms.
Mopping floors at 4pm is a bit inconvenient time.
Street cats came through open doors and wandered at the stairs .
Rooms with connection door should not have smokers as smoke odor runs through .
All feedback was shared with front desk.all what i heard is we will inform management.
Some sort of compensation should be offered at such issues.

Bad service and cleaning
Ich hatte einen seeehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders positiv fand ich den schnellen Service. Zweimal gab es ein Problem mit dem Licht im Zimmer, aber jedes Mal wurde es sofort behoben, nachdem ich es gemeldet hatte. Die Türkarte funktionierte auch zwei mal nicht, reagiert wird aber sehr schnell um das Problem zu beheben.
Außerdem achtet das Hotelpersonal sehr darauf, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen und nicht von anderen Hotelgästen gestört werden. Das Team reagiert schnell auf Anliegen und kümmert sich aufmerksam um Ordnung und Komfort.
Was schlecht war war das Wlan - schwach.
Insgesamt war ich mit dem Service und der Betreuung sehr zufrieden und würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Schwaches WLan, ist zwar gegangen aber für ein Videohochladen dauerte es seeehr lange;
Licht und Türkarte funktionierte nicht - es wurde aber schnell reagiert und das Problem wurde behoben.
