Excellent stay
Pros:

Not much enjoy the service but all was excellent. Especially to Ragil from HK Team, he recognize i bring my kids during my stay and he directly setup animal towel and special arrangement on my bed for my kids. The facilities were really good, they have kids pool with warm water. Will be come back once i visit bandung again. Thank you mason pine hotel and all teams

The staffs are very friendly. Thanks for the afternoon tea and nice coffee/tea
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights and as the children request, we add 1 more nights. We have a good stay here. So many compliments like the coffee/tea, and the afternoon tea time. We want to give thanks to Mr Deden Farhan for helping my children with their lollipop cake and for Ms Nurul for the cute elephant towel arrangement near their barbie dolls. So thoughtful of you.

Hotel for family with olimpic pool and so much activities.
Pros:

The pool was so big and the kids activity are really fun. The hotel was prepare extra playground in the ballroom hotel, thats idea was really genius.

Cons:

The breakfast was so crowded. They trying to fix the problem but understanable the time in the school holiday.

직원들이 친절하고 호텔내 중국식당 CANTON이 정말 훌륭합니다! 키즈프렌들리라 하루종일 호텔에 있어도 지루할 틈이 없어요.

처음에 배정받은 방에 담배냄새가 나서 변경했는데 그부분이 아쉬웠습니다.

A luxurious getaway!
Pros:

A beautiful resort, huge pool and lovely kids water play pool with water slides. There were many kid friendly activities. We loved the huge breakfast spread that featured Bandung street food and heritage. Staff were very attentive.
