All staff were helpful and friendly. We were picked up free of charge from the Whoosh station and were granted early check-in as well as a one-hour late check-out (subject to availability). They even provided a complimentary cake for my mother’s birthday and wrote a birthday note on the mirror despite the short notice. The facilities for kids were excellent and all complimentary, including one hour of bicycle rental. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes, including local favorites such as batagor, cilok, and cuanki. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Mason Pine.

⭐ Review: Hotel Mason Pine – Padalarang (Stay on March 19, 2026, Mason Wing)
We deliberately chose to try this hotel and stayed in the Mason Wing.
Note: The property consists of two wings:

Pine Wing – the newer building, offering standard rooms (Pine Deluxe, etc.).

Mason Wing – the older building, but fully renovated, with upgraded rooms such as Mason Executive.

👉 Suggestion: choose Mason Wing for comfort, or Pine Wing for a more economical option. The Pine lobby tends to be busier during check-in/out.

🌳 Location & Atmosphere
The hotel sits right in the middle of Kota Baru Parahyangan (KBP), the largest modern township in Padalarang. The surroundings are green, peaceful, and family-friendly. Access is convenient, especially being close to Padalarang Whoosh Station.

✅ Positives
Strategic location within KBP, near Whoosh Station.

Refreshing green views and mountain scenery (request “mountain view” when booking, subject to availability).

Large swimming pool, very kid-friendly.

Cleanliness & staff hospitality are excellent.

Outdoor green field for morning/evening sports and fun activities (mini soccer, giant volleyball, archery, kites, traditional games). On special holidays, indoor games are also provided in the ballroom.

Afternoon teatime with snacks, enjoyable in the calm evening atmosphere.

Breakfast is delicious, with wide variety and managed in three batches to avoid crowding.

Parking slots are plentiful (outdoor only).

Smooth check-in/out process, staff are efficient and warm.

Executive King bedroom is spacious, with a large comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and complete amenities. Free-flow drinking water is a nice touch.

⚠️ Points to Consider
No basement parking, so cars can get hot under the sun or inconvenient during rain.

More suitable for staycation than city exploration, as it’s far from Bandung’s downtown cafes/entertainment.

If coinciding with large events (weddings, corporate outings), the hotel can feel crowded and noisy.

🎯 Conclusion
Hotel Mason Pine is definitely worth trying, and you’ll likely want to return—especially during school holidays. The variety of physical activities helps children disconnect from gadgets/TV, creating joyful moments for both kids and parents.
