The most memorable experience during a business trip
Pros:

At first, I had my doubts about this hotel. However, after spending 4 days and 3 nights here, I can confidently say that my initial impression was completely wrong.

Room – 4/5
Nothing particularly extraordinary, but it offers everything you would expect from a typical four-star hotel. The room was comfortable and met my expectations.

Meeting Rooms – 4/5
I had the opportunity to use the Lembang Room, Flores Room, and the Board Room. Overall, they were on par with what you would expect from a typical four-star hotel. The meeting facilities were comfortable and suitable for business purposes. My only suggestion would be to provide a whiteboard or flip chart for brainstorming and note-taking during meetings.

Facilities – 5/5
The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, including a swimming pool, water park, gym, and more. Unfortunately, due to my busy schedule, I didn't have the opportunity to try them myself. However, my colleagues thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and had nothing but positive feedback.

Hospitality – 7.5/5
A score of 5 simply isn't enough to reflect the level of hospitality at this hotel. Every staff member I met went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. My only advice is: don't hesitate to ask questions or request assistance—they are genuinely happy to help.

My Best Experience
Without a doubt, the highlight of my stay was being given the opportunity to play the grand piano in the lobby. Since I started learning the piano last year, one of my personal dreams has been to play on a grand piano. I never imagined that dream would come true so soon.

What made the experience even more memorable was that one of the staff members kindly took photos and videos of me without me even asking. My sincere gratitude goes to Mrs. Iyang for her thoughtfulness and kindness.

If I have the opportunity to return, I would gladly choose this hotel again and recommend it to my colleagues. This place gave me far more than I had expected.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Not much enjoy the service but all was excellent. Especially to Ragil from HK Team, he recognize i bring my kids during my stay and he directly setup animal towel and special arrangement on my bed for my kids. The facilities were really good, they have kids pool with warm water. Will be come back once i visit bandung again. Thank you mason pine hotel and all teams

The staffs are very friendly. Thanks for the afternoon tea and nice coffee/tea
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights and as the children request, we add 1 more nights. We have a good stay here. So many compliments like the coffee/tea, and the afternoon tea time. We want to give thanks to Mr Deden Farhan for helping my children with their lollipop cake and for Ms Nurul for the cute elephant towel arrangement near their barbie dolls. So thoughtful of you.
