Sehr laut beim Frühstück und leider nicht immer alles nachgefüllt

Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Zimmer ziemlich klein, Gardinen teilweise defekt. Trotz nicht stören Schild , kam das Personal ins Zimmer, obwohl auch erst um 12.00 Uhr Check out war

Great stay - love Hamburg and have been here many times. City of lakes, rivers, harbour and lovely gardens

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage für den ÖPNV direkt ab Hauptbahnhof, ansonsten auch alles okay für ein Stadthotel.

Cons:

Das Bett stand wirklich unglücklich, man musste über die andere Bettseite steigen, um aufzustehen.

Das Zimmer war von der Größe her gut. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Personal freundlich. Lage auch gut.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war deutlich zu klein.
Die Dusche zu eng.
