Pros:

Ich war so begeistert von der Einrichtung. Dem Bett mit dem Baldachin. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was ich brauchte für 1 Nacht. Gutes,WLAN. Blick in einen schönen begrünten Innenhof. Sogar 1 Flasche Wasser gratis am Zimmer. Habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Wer in der Nähe des,Hamburger Bahnhofs wohnt, muss wissen, worauf er sich einlässt. Das Hotel punktet durch die zentrale Lage-5Min zum Bahnhof. Nähe zur Langen Reihe mit vielen Lokalen.

Cons:

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof hat Vor-und Nachteile. Ich habe mich jedoch sicher gefühlt. Auch abends.

Nochmal muss nicht sein.
Pros:

- die Lage war Top, direkt am Bahnhof und damit alles wichtige per Fuß oder Bahn erreichbar
- prinzipiell war alles da, was man brauch, wenn die Abstriche nicht gewesen wären
- Frühstück war ein gutes Angebot, wenn auch mit einem großen Aber

Cons:

- Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt. Löcher in den Wänden und Spuren von Schuhen und Koffern an diesen. Kunstleder abgeplatzt, Insgesamt hatte man den Eindruck, dass man lieber nicht genauer hinschauen wollte. Wir waren zu dritt. Es gab nicht mal einen Stuhl im Zimmer, die Ablagen waren auch begrenzt.

- Das Personal am Empfang war eine Katastrophe. Bloß kein Finger krumm machen oder ein Wort zu viel verlieren. Es war auch sehr jung. Vielleicht nur Aushilfen?

- Frühstück war an sich lecker, aber der Raum immer voll, so dass man Glück hatte einen Tisch zu bekommen. Insbesondere, weil die Angestellte völlig allein war und damit überfordert. In der Küche gab es noch eine unfreundliche Kollegin, welche aber nur unwillig Wasser heraus gab. Es wurde Wasser mit Kräutern angeboten. Wir baten um reines Wasser oder Leitungswasser. Dies war schon ein Problem für die Küchenangestellte. Während draußen die Tische mit Tellern, Krümeln und sonstigen Hinterlassenschaften übersäht waren. Hier muss man natürlich auch feststellen: Einige Menschen benehmen sich wie Schw.... . Aber leider war die Angestellte im Raum auch nicht vom Fach. Dies merkte man, in ihren Abläufen. Wenig Routine, viele umständliche Handgriffe, so dass alles länger dauerte als vielleicht notwendig. Es ist aber einfach nicht ausreichend bei vollen Hotel nur eine Person für den Frühstücksraum abzustellen.

- Bei der Gegend muss man schauen ob es für jeden passt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße. Es war die ganze Nacht laut und komische Gestalten unterwegs. Am Wochenende könnte dies vielleicht sehr unangenehm sein, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat.
