Die Einzelzimmer waren super. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles war sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Die Einrichtung, Größe des Zimmers, für ein verlängertes Wochenende prima.
Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück, im Preis inbegriffen, ist umfangreich, viel Auswahl und lecker.
Alles sehr umweltbewusst.

Cons:

Der Preis für die Getränke war bisschen hoch und das Wasser hat mir nicht geschmeckt.

Lage gut, der Rest nicht
Cons:

Wer Wert auf eine zentrale Lage legt, ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig. Fußläufig braucht man vom Hauptbahnhof ca. 3-4 Minuten. Die zentrale Lage bringt allerdings auch Nachteile mit sich: es ist draußen unfassbar laut, leider konnte ich aufgrund der Lautstärke die Fenster des Zimmers nicht offen lassen. Zudem war es im Zimmer sehr sehr warm.

Ich habe selten ein so kleines Hotelzimmer erhalten wie in diesem Hotel. Das Badezimmer ist total ungewöhnlich geschnitten: sehr sehr kleine Dusche, die Toilette war in der Ecke eingebaut, der Waschtisch ist allerdings so schräg geschnitten, dass man sich durchquetschen muss, um zum WC zu kommen.

Kurzum: Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt eher nicht. 120 EUR die Nacht ist für die Qualität nicht gerechtfertigt.
Fazit: beim nächsten Hamburg-Aufenthalt nehme ich ein anderes Hotel
