Pros:

The location is walkable fron the shinkansen station, but it's also a very easy tram journey with luggage. The room was by far the biggest Western-style room I stayed in on this trip and I was really impressed for the price I paid. The baths downstairs were also very popular with my partner. Also, there's a good selection of vending machines on multiple floors, including the one in the lobby that will do iced coffee - highly recommended on a sweltering day!

Cons:

The women's bath required a reservation and could only be used once during the stay, which didn't work for me logistically so I just showered as usual in the room. It wasn't a problem, just a bit of a shame.

Excellent value for the price
Pros:

I got a corner room on the 7th floor with balcony, exceptional! Staff was super friendly and I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. Really a surprising find at that price.

三輪バイクでの4泊目で九州最後のホテルだったにで、前日から地域的に土砂降り雨の中でのホテル入込みでしたが玄関わきの駐車場所で助かりました。

Fait bien le job, un peu vieillissant
Pros:

Emplacement, parking, confort. Bon petit déjeuner, mais un peu d’attente au pic de fréquentation vers 8h.

Cons:

Congrès, groupes, clientèle bruyante. Hôtel un peu vieillissant.
