Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Klobrille ging sehr schwer zu öffnen und mit einer Lautstärke, dass man die ganze Etage mit geweckt hat.

Sehr angenhmer und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Der Blick auf den See, das freundliche Personal und das sehr gute Frühstück.

Cons:

Es fehlt ein zweiter Stuhl im Zimmer, Sitzkissen für draußen und das Bad müsste mal renoviert werden.

Das Zimmer und besonders das Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage bläst direkt auf das Bett.
Abgase und Lärm hört man leider am Pool und Whirlpool.
Der Wellness Innenbereich wirkt sehr kühl und ungemütlich.
Der Kühlschrank ist winzig

Nicht ganz wie erwartet

Die Lage ist fantastisch, Poolbereich optisch toll und Restaurant gut. Überwiegend sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Ich habe mir wegen der hervorragenden Bewertungen mehr versprochen. Das abgenutzte Bad, ein fehlender Schlüssel hierfür (die Tür öffnete sich bei Balkonöffnung selbstständig). Wasserflecken an unserer Wand (die schon an einigen Stellen überstrichen wurde, also Problem bekannt!) Deshalb hätten wir ab der 3. Nacht das Zimmer wechseln können. Sehr schlechter muffiger Geruch, ganz schlimm in der 2. Etage auf dem Gang. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört die Gespräche und die Klimaanlagen, sowie Wasserbenutzung und quietschtenden Türen aus dem Nebenzimmer und auch von unten drunter in einer unangenehmen Lautstärke.
Fitnessgeräte standen draußen im Freien und waren gesperrt wegen schlechtem Wetter, waren dann nach Beschwerde ab dem 3.Tag für uns benutzbar als sie nach unten in einem Raum verlegt wurden. Auf der HotelWebsite wird aber mit einem Fitnessraum geworben!
Insgesamt hätte ich für das gleiche Geld lieber ein Hotel näher am Ufer und Zentrum gebucht.

The staff and facilities were good if you wanted to stay in the hotel for a relaxing break

Cons:

The location was up a steep moutain and you had to pay extra for taxis there and back with luggage, room was very small, odd triangular shaped and it had a very small single bed against the wall with no headboard, pillows fell off on floor behind head in the middle of the night.

Athough staff were lovely, if I was visiting Limione again I would not stay there as wasn't suitable for my needs and too far out from centre of Limione.
