Cons:

The valet parking service was my biggest disappointment. The lack of coordination between the reception and the valet team meant that getting my car often took an unreasonably long time. This was particularly frustrating as I had important events to attend every day. Adding Riyadh’s heavy traffic on top of these delays made the experience even worse and caused unnecessary stress throughout my stay.
