فندق 5 نحوم ويستحق. موقع ممتاز جدا في سنتر الرياض وفي أشهر شارع فيه. موظف الاستقبال عبدالله ممتاز ولبق. أشكرهم عملوا لي ترقية للغرفة. عندهم خدمة صف السيارات مريحة جدا. كل شيء لبق ومؤدب ومميز. افطار رائع. خدمات الغرف ايضا مميزن لكن أسعار الطلبات للغرف مبالغ فيها. يستحق العودة بكل تأكيد.

Cons:

مالم يعجبني ليس من الفندق ولكن للأسف من بوكينج: بوكينج أعطوني سعر حجز قرابة 1200 ريال ودفعت اون لاين. وعندما وصلت سألت بدافع الفضول عن سعر غرفة مثل غرفتي فقالوا أنها ب 750 ريال فقط. بوكينج عاملني لللاسف بسعر الموسم ولا موسم حاليا. يفترض ببوكينج أن يكون لديهم تحديث متقارب. وعندما اشتكيت وتحدثت مع بوكينج طلبوا أن أرفق لهم شي رسمي .. تجنبا للاحراج لم أفعل ويؤسفني أن تتعامل بوكينج بهذا الأسلوب مع عميل في المستوى 3. بالنسبة للفندق ممتاز جدا.
