The location, amenities and cleanliness. The staff are attentive and accommodating.

Cons:

There are some nights and early morning that you hear loud noises in the corridor. You think that rooms are occupied by so many people.

Excellent Hotel. Loved it.
Pros:

The location was great, the venue had a rooftop pool and breakfast in the morning with a bar open downstairs at night. It was awesome. And the staff were all proffessional and friendly. The reception down stairs had an excellent aircon to sit at while waiting for transport.

Cons:

My room was different to what I expected, the view was bad. But thats okay. Also, I couldnt flush the toilet paper down after using it, I found this really strange and unhygenic.

Y2 Residence
Pros:

We had a wonderful staycation at Y2 Residence! The ambiance was really relaxing, cozy, and perfect for unwinding. The staff were accommodating, and the place was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth visiting.

Cons:

The only downside for me was the security deposit fee, which was a bit pricey. It would be better if it were more affordable or clearly explained beforehand. Still, aside from that, I truly enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back.

I had a very enjoyable stay at Y2 Residence Hotel. The staff was consistently polite, professional, and helpful throughout my visit, which made the experience especially welcoming. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean and well maintained with reliable daily service.

One of the highlights of the property was the rooftop pool area, which offered a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day in the city. The fitness gym was also well maintained and convenient for keeping up with workouts during my stay.

The location was another major advantage, with many quality restaurants, cafés, and entertainment options all within easy walking distance. It made exploring Makati very convenient without needing transportation for most outings.

Overall, Y2 Residence Hotel provided excellent value for the price with comfortable accommodations, good amenities, attentive staff, and a very convenient location. I would gladly stay there again on a future visit.

Cons:

Slow elevators...stairs are available but, not a preferred option for higher floors.
