Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The location was central and the view from the room was really nice. Ac in the room was good.

Il bagno molto spazioso, la vista sul lago di Bracciano, l'aria condizionata.
La disponibilità del personale a servire la colazione prima dell'orario di inizio, su nostra richiesta.
La prima colazione all'aperto a bordo lago.

Cons:

La stanza isolata rispetto al corpo principale dell'hotel (circa 50-100 m di distanza).
La pulizia: ho trovato delle forcine sul pavimento del bagno.
Il prezzo forse un po' alto.

Great Location on the lakeside with wonderful view. Very clean rooms, air conditioning was perfect, coffee machine in the room and very large shower/toilet space. Personnel is fantastic and we got many tips during our stay.

la poltroncina interna alla stanza e quella nel'latrio prima di entrare, erano macchiate. qualche imperfezione nell'intonaco del muro e sul soffitto. asciugacapelli inadeguato, emettere aria appena calda, impossibile sistemare i mie capelli

Emplacement idéal, personnel très sympathique, cet hôtel est un endroit où se reposer.

Mention spéciale au restaurant bistrot qui propose une cuisine exceptionnelle et qui mériterait d’être bien plus connue ! Le cuisinier prépare des plats qui sont un peu différents de la gastronomie italienne mais sont tout simplement délicieux !

Cons:

Vétusté de la porte de notre chambre qui empêche l’intimité. La salle de bain aurait besoin d’un coup de propre.
