Esperienza purtroppo negativa, non tanto per la struttura in sé, quanto per la poca chiarezza nella descrizione e nella vendita delle camere con vista lago.

Abbiamo prenotato tramite Booking una “Camera Matrimoniale con Vista Lago”. Peccato che, una volta arrivati in camera, il lago non fosse praticamente visibile: dalla finestra la visuale era completamente ostruita dalla vegetazione.

La cosa è stata segnalata alla struttura al momento del check-out. Ci è stato spiegato che l’hotel dispone di alcune camere considerate “vista lago”, ma che quella da noi occupata è fortemente condizionata dalla vegetazione e che la manutenzione delle piante dipende dal Comune.

Personalmente trovo questa spiegazione poco convincente dal punto di vista del cliente: se una camera viene venduta come “vista lago”, mi aspetto di poter vedere il lago, non una visuale potenziale che dipende dalla manutenzione della vegetazione.

Il mio consiglio a chi sta pensando di soggiornare qui è di chiedere espressamente quale camera verrà assegnata e verificare che la vista lago sia realmente visibile, perché evidentemente non tutte le camere pubblicizzate come “vista lago” offrono la stessa esperienza. In particolare, presterei molta attenzione alle camere in cui la visuale è ostruita dalla vegetazione.

Le fotografia che allego alla recensione mostra esattamente la vista che abbiamo avuto dalla camera. Ritengo sia importante che chi prenota possa vedere la situazione reale prima di scegliere e non scoprirla soltanto una volta arrivato.

Posto incantevole per una fuga da Roma
Pros:

La posizione è invidiabile, fronte lago. La camera molto ampia, pulita, arredata con cura, dotata di TV e condizionatore, macchina caffè con cialde, bollitore ecc. ecc. La colazione da 10 e lode, tanta scelta tra dolce e salato. Ma,soprattutto, farla sotto il gazebo fronte lago è impareggiabile. L'albergo fornisce un pass al momento del check-in per parcheggiare gratuitamente sulla strada di fronte.

Cons:

Nel bagno non c'era il bidet (bensì il tubo flessibile con doccetta) e metterei qualche mensola per poggiare le cose. Per il parcheggio bisogna avere un po' di fortuna. Anche se sulla strada di fronte all'albergo si può usufruire del parcheggio gratuito purtroppo è difficile trovare un posto.

If you don't have to park your car, this is the best hotel in the area

Amazing view, amazing breakfast, very friendly staff.

Cons:

Parking in the area is a challenge. Although the hotel provides us with free parking on the street, finding open spots is a nightmare. Every single day I had to park my car a few hundred meters away, and then wake up extra early to bring the car back to the street in front of the hotel in order to escape a parking ticket. It is also crazy that people just park behind your car. I guess this is a "small town" kind of thing where people know each other.

One more thing, it's crazy that there is a window between the shower and the bedroom. Although I was there with my spouse, she is not very fond of being watched while she showers, as it is a private moment. My message to the owner: please install a curtain between the shower and the bedroom. Nobody wants to see other people showering (unless they are perverts).
