Everything in particular the staff & breakfast but everything was great

Friendly staff and attentive to customer needs, the location is very convenient.
Although my room was upgraded, the room was not inspected prior checking me in, tge bed sheets were stained and had to request to changing them, also wifi had some issues but they managed to fix it eventually. The fact the promptly responding to my needs made very satisfied with my stay. Thank you.
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war großartig – alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. :-)
Besonders am Empfang hat uns "Roy" begleitet: ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter. Ihm haben wir den tollen Aufenthalt zu verdanken; er hat uns den Urlaub wirklich versüßt. In den fünf Tagen hat er all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – ein sehr lobenswerter Mitarbeiter.
Leider konnten wir uns am letzten Tag nicht persönlich von ihm verabschieden. Wir hoffen, dass wir "Roy" nächstes Jahr in diesem Hotel wiedersehen. :-)
Noch einmal möchten wir uns bei allen Mitarbeitern des JW Marriott Hotel für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken.

The layout of the swimming pool is a bit inconvenient. To get a shower before and after swimming takes long walks.
まず場所が最高に良かった。ソウル駅から一本で東大門の駅について、そこからすぐという非常に便利なロケーション。あと朝食がこれまでに泊まったホテルの中で最高ランクだった。あとスタッフも非常に丁寧で、好感を持てた。定宿にしたいです（値段が許せば）。
トイレのドアがガラス張りなのはちょっとイマイチだったかな。あとトイレのドアと、浴室のドアがぶつかって、毎回、大きな音がしたのもちょっとイマイチでした。

The hotel is near many tourist spots. It’s a good location. Very clean and comfortable, smooth processes for check in and check outs. Good breakfast. We are vegetarians, so the staff provided us with fresh fruits and vegan dishes, which was very thoughtful.

The only thing that disappointed me was the long queue for breakfast
